smashing holiday

Dave & Maria's apartment was as promised, this was our 6th visit to Guardamar and by far the best apartment and location so far.
It was so nice not to have worry about transfers to and from the airport, and very nice to be met by a friendly face eventhough we had never met before.
I would highly recommend Dave & Maria's apartment with it's lovley sea veiw, beach, restaurants and shops just a stone through away.
We will rent again.

Location exactly where we thought.
Know Guadamar quite well. Great beach.
Apartment great for us 2. Food pack very good.
Very very clean and well maintained.
Would have liked to have some english on t.v. if only news.
Would suggest a villa book for those on first visit to have info re restaurants etc.
Pick up from airport great.
Will return.

Thanks for your review. Pleased you enjoyed yourselves at our apartment. Regarding the TV ( just installed a new 32" LCD TV with freeview, Ron! ), the apartments in the "Goya" are 99% Spanish owned so there is no chance of receiving Sky TV. Because the TV is digital, there are some stations that you can change the language to English ie. some films, CSI and Mentalist etc. Unfortunately the news and sports channels are Spanish only. we have just returned from our holiday at dave and maria s apartment in guardamar and had a lovely time, the apartment had everything you could possibly want for your holiday needs. With the beach on the doorstop, and bars and restaurants just a short stroll away, would recommend it to anybody.

Perfect place for relaxed holiday

My travelcompagnion (89 yrs. old) and I had a splendid 14-days' stay at the apartment owned by Dave & Maria.
The apartment is completely furnished and fully equiped. At arrival we didn't have to rush over to the shop to get the basic grocery: everything was there already as kind of a welcome package.
It only takes a few minutes'walk to the lovely beach; restaurants, shops and bars are close by.
I would certainly recommend this place to my friends.

A fantastic holiday

This was our second visit to Dave and Maria's apartment and again we had a wonderful and relaxing week. It was great to be driven to and from the apartment and car seats were thought of for both our boys. The property was very clean and we were grateful for the food brought in as we arrived on a sunday when the shops were shut.
The apartment is very well equipped.
The close location of the beach is great and we recommend the park which is only 15 minutes walk away. The supermarket is also ideally situated.
Thank you for a great week. We will be back next year!

Another Fantastic Holiday

Just returned to the UK after another great stay in Maria and Dave's apartment in beautiful Guardamar. The weather was absolutely perfect, we were on the beach every day. This apartment has an absolutely wonderful location, you do not need to hire a car as the beach and the town are literally on your doorstep which makes for a really "chill out' holiday. We will hopefully return in the Autumn.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment in November. It was convenienly located near the beach and a short walk away from the main town. It was warm and sunny every day and although it was cool in the evenings extra blankets were put on the bed and there was a heater which kept the rooms warm.The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed including a bowl of fruit and bottle of wine which was very much appreciated. We would definitely consider staying again.

We spent 10days in the apartment returning 2nd November and this was our second time there.
The apartment this time had a new TV with some digital channels and also a dvd player which was great.
Normally it wouldnt bother us on holiday but the weather was not too kind to us so we enjoyed a few late films and a wee glass of wine.
We definately recommend it to anyone thinking of going to the area as Dave and Maria are great hosts with the airport pickups saving any problems .
Guardamar is a lovely and we enjoyed our trip once again.

The Best Yet

We have stayed in beautiful Guardamar many times,but must admit this was "The Best". This apartments location is fantastic,beach on your doorstep, restaurants, bars,supermarkets just a few minutes walk away. The apartment itself is everything you could want in a holiday home,all mod cons,spotlessly clean ,and spacious. The deal you get from Maria and Dave is probably the best you'll find on "The Costas' they are a great couple and nothing is too much trouble for them, we shall be booking again soon.

Excellent location (very close to beach and close to supermarket, shops and restaurants) - The transfer service to and from Alicante airport is an excellent idea as is the welcome pack. Very friendly and helpful owners with a very well equipped apartment. Will be booking again soon !! Descriptions on website are accurate and I would recommend to friends and family
