Just spent 5 beautiful days in Puerto RIco

the weather was great and the studio was beautiful. Nilsa was really helpful, she even drove "the extra mile" to the supermarket the first evening so I wouldn't have to bother about grocery shopping.

muchas gracias again for everything Nilsa and if I ever go back to Puerto Rico, I will think about renting your place again.

The condo was absolutely beautiful, even more beautiful than the pictures make it look. It had everything that we needed. It was especially nice that Nilsa provides beach chairs, a cooler, and an umbrella. All of these things got a lot of use! The beach that can be seen from the balcony is amazing. It is a beautiful swimming and snorkeling beach. The reef has tons of fish and even sea turtles! The condo's location was within walking distance to many great restaurants and nightlife. We felt totally safe walking around the condo, even at night.
Nilsa was very helpful. Whenever we had a question, even late at night, she had the answer. She was even nice enough to drive us around on our first night in PR before we got our rental car. The neighbors in the building were also very friendly and had great advice. I would definitely recommend this condo to anybody looking for a wonderful place to stay!

Nilsa, the accomodations were superb! We had everything we needed and it was one of the most difficult vacation places to leave because we felt so at home. The proximity to everything was absolutely perfect. While I already loved the area, your apartment space has secured it as a destination location and is now officially my "second home away from home". Thank you, your service and support team was wonderfully hospitable as well.

An absolute dream!
We arrived in Puerto Rico on March 2. Nilsa was
waiting for us at the condo. The condo was
absolutely beautiful. It looks just like the pictures,
but even more beautiful in person. The condo's
decorum is very modern and trendy. Everything
that we needed was there : coffee pot, stove,
dishes, fridge. The condo also has a big flat screen
tv with a large variety of cable channels, and high
speed wireless internet. The view was spectacular,
and in the morning the sun creeps through the
glass patio doors. Most mornings and evenings we
sat out on the patio listening to the ocean and
taking in the view. There is direct access to the
beach from the complex which was perfect because
the small section of the beach that you can walk
out onto is slightly secluded, so you have a little
quiet section all to yourself. However, just as Nilsa
had explained to us upon arriving, across the street
from the complex there was another beach that
was more upbeat with more people, and with a
variety of water sports. The condo is a short 10-15
minute drive (depending of traffic) to Old San Juan
where we ate dinner several nights, and did a lot of
walking along the cobblestone streets. Also, for $3
you can go inside the old fort in Old San Juan,
which has been turned into sort of a museum.
We took a 40 minute drive up to Fajardo to go to
the El Yunque Rainforest which was also beautiful.
After being out in the sun all day, it was nice to go
back to the condo and cool off in the air
conditioning. Within walking distance from the
condo there are a variety of places to eat, including
fast food restaurants. The neighborhood was very
quiet and peaceful, and we felt safe and
comfortable walking to and fro during the day and
at night.
I have been to Puerto Rico 5 times and this was
honestly the best trip I've had so far. Nilsa was
very hospitable and kind, and an excellent host.
We are returning to Puerto RIco in June for my
sisters wedding, and we are delighted that we will
have the opportunity to sat at Nilsa's condo again.

Condo was clean and beautifully decorated. The balcony was great with a wonderful view. We really enjoyed sitting out there. Great location, close to everything including the beach. Restaurants within walking distance, one in particular we enjoyed that Nilsa recommended which is overlooking the water and very close to the condo. We enjoyed the beach chairs she keeps in the closet. Our TV all of a sudden stopped working and Nilsa had someone come out to take a look. The next day, he came back with a brand new TV. If I had to think of one negative thing, it would be that the bed was kind of soft. We very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it. Nilsa was great to do business with.

10 Dias Espectaculares
Como se ven las fotos asi es el apt. El espacio perfecto para pasar unas comodoas e inolvidables vacaciones. La vista desde el balconcito y el sonido de el mar no tienen precio! El estacionamento privado es muy conveniente, ideal si quieren salir a divertirse en el area sin tener q tener conductor designado. El apt tenia todas los enseres y productos necesarios para cocinar, usar la computadora mientras toma cafe, o ver una pelicula.
Localizado en un area centrica, cerca de restaurantes, playa, vida nocturna y puntos turisticos este apt es moderno y a muy buen precio.

A friend and I stayed here (before it was remodeled) and loved it. It was nice having a fridge, stove, sink, large closet, and a balcony with an incredible view. Nilsa was very helpful and told us some good places to hang out and have a drink, plus told us where we could get some shopping (girls love to shop!) in. Nilsa also told us of some things that we would have to do while there. She was a great help and was available when we needed her. The wall of mirrors helped out tremendously when we were getting "ready" to go "out". The first time we heard the planes it shocked us, but we didn't hear them at night and we really weren't there enough during the day to be bothered by them. We rented a car and it was nice to have a private place to park it. The area was nice and we didn't mind walking around at night. There is a good restaurant just 2 doors down that had great food and an amazing view. I am going to go back and bring my husband next time. I would rent from Nilsa again in a heartbeat. It was a great value for what we paid for.

This place was perfect. Walking distance to everything you need and there is also a bus that stops at the end of the road if you want to go to old san juan. It is just like the pictures. What you don't see is that the beach is perfect right outside the condo, you are actually right next to the ritz carlton. (They are paying $619 a night to swim in the same place you are) That piece of information made us laugh. There is an awesome water front restaurant next door (great place for a drink on the water). We have nothing bad to say it was clean, has great high end products used throughout. It is also really really quiet. We met some people that said it was noisy on some of the other beaches. Very peaceful neighbors. I miss sitting outside in the morning reading my book watching the waves roll in. :( Thanks for everything!
