Reviews of Property: New-Luxury Beach Apartment, sun terrace and sea views , just 15 meters beach

Este apartemento es totalmente recomendable, los cuartos de baños "super limpios", la cocina completa con lavaplatos, horno, lavadora.
La vista es muy bonita, desde la terraza del comedor se ve el mar y desde la terraza trasera de uno 80m2 tambien se vé el peñon de Ifach con sus gaviotas...
El edificio y la piscina están tambien muy cuidados, nuestra hija de 14 años lo pasó muy bien, ya que la zona de ocio esta a pocos metros y disfruto de lo lindo...

This is easily the best apparment we have ever stayed in. We had a really enjoyable holiday in a delightful part of Spain (this is nothing like Benidorm - but if you fancy that sort of thing it is only half an hour away). The property itself is just as good, if not better, than the photos. It is very well appointed and clean. The pool is very big. The port and the town are both lovely and within easy walking distance, with the sandy beach less than 15 meters. In 1 minutes walking there are a superb selection of cafes, shops and restaurants for all tastes (Spanish, Italian, English, Japanesse, Indian and Chinese). We went to a different restaurant each night and enjoyed each one with the food being both good and reasonably priced (we didn't stretch to the really expensive ones), the service was genuinely friendly everywhere we went. During our stay we had really enjoyable trips to Valencia (on the train from Teulada), Altea, Calpe, Denia and Javea. We have already booked to return in July and have recommended this to our friends and family.

We were met by a nice gentleman as we entered the city of Calpe, he showed us the way to the apartment and got us all situated. The apartment was perfect. Nice having two complete bathrooms when you have teenage daughters. The cafe on the corner had fresh bread in the morning and there is a small but very adequate market a 2 minute walk away



Fantastic location, easy access to both beaches and restaurants. Teenage daughter and friends were able to experience the night club scene and still be just a stones throw form the apartment.

We were there when Spain won the world cup and would run out on the hugh patio and listen to the crowds cheering from all around and then run back in to watch the game.

Thanks for making our vacation so enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone going to Calpe.

A 1 minute de la plage. L'appartement est spacieux et est outillé avec tout ce qu'il faut pour pouvoir passer d'excellentes vacances avec des enfants.
On a surtout apprécié l'emplacement de l'appartement et sa vue, la terrasse et l'air conditionné dans toutes les chambres.
En 2007 nous avons déjà loué cet appartement une fois et nous revenons a nouveau en juillet 2009 car c'est le meilleur appartement de vacances que nous avons loué au cours de ces dernières années.

I just wanted to point down, that is a real luxury appartment.
In calpe there are a lot of appartment but mostly are more than 15 years old and they show you as a new one.
This apparment is really a new building, just 3 years old building and new furnitures.
No smell in it,... WE HAVE REALLY ENJOY IT.

The building was quiet and really clean.
Ramon was always cleaning here and there...
The swimming pool big and clean, and the views from there are really nice. "YOU CAN SEE THE SEA ".
The apparment has air condition and is really new and clean.
The views from the terrace are JUST WONDERFUL, se could see either the sea and the "peñon de Ifach".
We had a problem with our car and Jose and alicia just make it easy to find the solution. THANKS SO MUCH.

Our apartment was first class - beautifully furnished and practical too.
Clean and modern . We had 2 terraces, one with a gorgeous view of the " peñon de ifach" and the other terrace sea views. Outside, the children were fully catered for, with the clean and big swimming pool and 80m2 of open space. Our children had a fantastic time - and made friends.

This was our first visit, but it definitely won't be our last!
