Reviews of Property: Actually in Times Square-Stunning View on Broadway-New Bldg.

Such a wonderful and safe place to stay and enjoy NYC! My daughter, granddaughter and I wanted to be staying in Times Square after the theater and this was a grand choice. Would recommend the accommodations of this condo - everything nice and clean and well stocked. Concierge/doormen were a terrific help and made us feel at home whenever we came back during the day or evening. Elevators always worked, small things worked too! Always a bonus. Thanks for a great place that is well maintained and felt like home!

Just wanted to let everyone know that this condo was fabulous!! Working with Bill was a breeze. He truly wants to make your stay enjoyable! The condo was exactly as described. The location was very convenient to just about everything we wanted to see or do.This was my daughters, ages 15 and 11 first trip to NYC. They were very amazed with the view. All the lights, the signs, the M&M Store in the SAME building.They were in heaven! Walking to Magnolia's Bakery is a must!!! I highly recommend this condo for families, couples, friends. The staff were very helpful and polite. The next time we go to NYC, 1600 Broadway is THE place to stay!! We'll be back!!

We just returned from a one week stay in NYC at Bill's fabulous condo. It is just as lovely, comfortable and well-appointed as the photos. The location is unbelievably convenient, safe and for us, ideal. All of our nightly activities (4 Broadway shows and a night at the Iridium Jazz Club) were all within 1 - 2 blocks, so we could leave the condo 20 minutes before the show and be comfortably seated by show time with no stress! There is a fabulous grocery within 2 blocks, pointed out to us by the wonderful staff at the front desk, and some hidden gems of restaurants very close by. We rode the subway daily and it is very close as well. We have stayed in first class hotels by central park, condos in the village, but this was by far our favorite place to stay in NYC. Can't wait to come back, only hope it is available after all of the rave reviews. Many thanks to Bill and the wonderful staff at the desk for a great time in the big apple!

our family with the perfect place from which to
enjoy NYC. Imagine the looks on my 2 teens faces
when they realise that we are right in the middle of
times square , M & M heaven just below, Hershey's
accross the road. The flashing neons, the friendly
staff in lobby- everything was wonderful. Just
perfect for a family of 4-having a kitchen was
great- you can't eat out every meal. Thanks again-
I have told many of my fellow Aussies about it.

I just came back from a three day business trip to NYC and can't rave enough about my experience with this unit and this unit owner. The building location is incredible, and the views from the apartment are better than any hotel I have stayed in while in NY. The bed was super comfortable, the unit was perfectly clean and appointed like a first class hotel. I have to say that after running around NYC on business each day I always looked forward to coming back to the apartment and that wonderful shower. I hate to dwell on the shower, but it was roomy, great hot water flow and the rain shower head was the best I have ever used. I do not hesitate recommending this unit, but I fear it will not be available for my next visit. I will check this units availability before I book another hotel in the city!!!
Finally, I have never used VRBO before and feared how the experience would feel next to a hotel. The owner of this unit is amazing as he not only prepares a resource guide to using all the great amenities of the apartment and building, but compiles user friendly notes on sites to see, etc... This was a GREAT experience!

We recently stayed in this condo, it was wonderful, a peaceful oasis amid lots and lots of activity. The staff at the front desk was very courteous and helpful. The location is great, easy walking distance to theaters, subway and many places to eat. Bill is very easy to deal with and made the whole experience a very positive one. We were a party of 3 gals who stayed at the apt. in early November. The location is perfect, the apartment is spottlessly clean and very well appointed. Now that's a heavenly bed! What a find. Will definitely stay next time I go to NYC.

We rented this condo for a week in September and I just wanted to share our experiences. Right from the start the owner, Bill, was good to deal with. He was very helpful with information and suggestions, and very accessable with immediate responses to e-mails, phone calls, etc. Financial transactions went through with no problems. The condo itself is very nicely furnished, very clean and quiet. The views are amazing, both from the condo and the roof top garden. The pictures on the web site do not do this unit justice. The building itself is very nice and all staff are very friendly and helpful. The location could not be better. It is within walking distance of all the main attractions. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone or to stay there again, should we go back to NY. What more can I say!?!? Thanks Bill!!!
