Hi Richard,
I just wanted to thank you for letting us rent your lovely home. It was so relaxing to come back to it every day after we had been out and about. It was great that it had 2 areas to sit and relax in--the men could watch t.v. and the girls could read in the comfortable area at the front of the house. We have been to Sabal Harbour before and love the area, so this was perfect. We made good use of the pool and really enjoyed sitting out on the spacious lanai.
I also wanted to let you know that the management company that you have is wonderful. When I went to give them my credit card as a security deposit, I mentioned some things that we noticed when we arrived, so they wouldn't think that we had done them (ie. broken coffee pot lid, broken cupboard door). I certainly didn't expect them to do anything about these things, I just wanted to let them know. The lovely woman there, gave us a new coffee maker on the spot. She was also very helpful in giving us maps and brochures for things to see in the area. The next day a gentleman came by and took away the broken kitchen cupboard door. He then returned and reinstalled it the following day. We were very impressed.
Again, I just wanted to say that both you and the management company have made this rental experience enjoyable and worry free :)

Small issues do arise from time to time in all homes and rental villas are no different. What counts is how quickly and effectively these are dealt with and in this respect my management company are absolutely first class. Richard.

Lovely villa,spacious, well equipped,great location,loved the decor we all felt at home as soon as we entered.Pool area is great for relaxing and the kitchen perfect for those meals at home although plenty of restaurants within easy reach,there's also an extensive library so you can chill out with a good book!.Beaches within 30 mins drive,good shopping 15 mins away at ellenton mall(you may need an extra case) and the obvious attractions of orlando 1hr20 mins and busch gdns 45 mins away.We called the management company on two occasions for minor things and both times they responded immediately which was very reassuring and helped with our holiday experience.We would recommend this villa to anyone visiting the area and if asked if we would return the answer would definately be YES!.Thanks again richard for letting us share your home.Steve darbyshire & famliy
Owner's Response: We have recently added and upgraded some of our furnishings and a new large flat screen tv. Pleased that it is appreciated and also that the pool continues to be a big favourite with everyone who stays. Once again it is important to have a management company who respond immediately to any questions or issues that may crop up. That is so important for peace of mind during your vacation.

Superb villa with heated pool

We truly enjoyed our stay. The villa has a central location...near to route 70 and 75, so everything was very easy to get to...including Disney World. The restaurants are endless, and spring training baseball games are readily available...even the Yankees and Tampa Bay are only an hour away.
The villa is large, well maintained, and the owner is very accommodating. I would highly reccommend this villa to any of my friends.
I forgot to mention the golf...there are many, many golf courses in the area,too...and, the shopping is great.

Owner's Response: Some good points made by Mary and her family - restaurants to suit all budgets, a haven for sports fans with top notch baseball, football and ice hockey, and more golf courses than you could ever hope for.

If you are looking for comfort and the feeling of being in your own home try this villa! We really enjoyed the large rooms and well stocked kitchen! The neighbors are friendly and the pool is superb! Everything was laid out so all we had to do was take ourselves and clothes. Would recommend this home to my family and friends. Hope to go back again.
Owner's Response: We think that it is important that our guests instantly feel comfortable and at home. Part of that is that the home is in a great neighbourhood with really friendly folks - you won't get that in a hotel !

Our family of 4 (2 ads and 2 children aged 9 and 12) stayed here for two weeks after spending an exhausting week in Orlando.
The Vlla is located in an ideal spot with clean, well kept gardens as well as a nicely equipped community area including large pool.
The private pool and sundeck at the Villa is furnished, not only with sunloungers etc but also a super dining table and chairs! We rarely used the lovely indoor dining room as it was brilliant to be able to sit in the sunshine with a meal and a drink watching the children enjoyiing the pool.
The living area is more spacious than I anticipated with the second lounge at the front being such a bonus for some quiet reading time for Mum!
The kitchen is fully equipped-essential for us as we loved shopping at nearby Walmart and cooking delicious meals 'at home'.
From the Villa, we travelled to Busch Gardens, Ellenton Mall, Sarasota and many beaches-all less than an hours drive away.
We recommended the villa to our friends-who subsequently stayed too!
Would definately book again!!!

Owner's Response: Thanks for review and kind remarks - She is correct that we have had many people returning to the villa for a second stay as they have found that there was so much more still to see and do. It is also good to have new renters arriving on the recommendation of their friends and relatives who have stayed previously. There is no better endorsement than that !

Lovely villa - big enough for two families (we were 8 people). The perfect place for relaxing after a busy week in Orlando - the pool area is great, not only the kids spent many hours in the pool! The villa contains a lot of toys for the kids, dvd:s and books for youngsters and adults. The closest surroundings and the neigbours are very nice - you can really pretend that you live there for real... If you do want to leave the house you need a car - nearest supermarket is Wal-Mart Supercenter only 5 minutes by car, shopping at Ellenton Prime Outlets is 15 minutes away, about 35 minutes to Siesta Key which is a wonderful beach, Busch Gardens is about 1 hour away.
We would love to go back and we would certainly recommend the villa to our friends. The house met all our expectations and more to that.
