Great Deal for the price of 2 bedrooms!

We are vacationers from Australia and love the california beach. We've been to other beach before but Salt Creek Beach is one of the best beach we've ever seen. We enjoyed our days at this condo because everything are there. We dont need to bring our own beach stuff because they provided it already. The condo is very clean and no clutter. My kids love their own bedrooms. They love the 2 patios. one for outdoor dining and the other one for relaxing. It is very close to the beach. The are is very peaceful and quiet and we love it because we had a nice evening and able to had a great sleep at night after a tiring day at the beach and visiting other places. My kids enjoyed the pool and jacuzzis. The shops are just nearby.
We will really recommend it to our friends because you cant beat the price for this 2 bedrooms. We checked other condos but they are at the back of the complex and offer high rate with no view and far from the beach access. We will surely go back next year!

Our stay at the condo was wonderful and relaxing. It is such a quiet area and a very nice walk to the beach. It was wonderful to get up in the morning and brew coffee and sit on one of the patios. It was so much better than staying in a hotel and truly is a home away from home. Location is absolutely wonderful to everywhere we want to go - San Juan Capistrano Sarducci's for breakfast, Newport Beach to rent bikes, Mission Viejo to shop. All are within an easy driving distance and of course being able to go down and walk on the beach was especially important to us anytime but especially coming from Iowa in the winter.

My family and I spent the 2008 Thanksgiving hoilday at the condo at Dana Point. The accomadations were great. The condo has everything you would need and it is in a great location. It was clean and I will rent it again when I go to Ca.

We are the Williams family and recently spent a week at the Peters condo. We were very happy with the unit and location! We had a great time at Disneyland and visited several beaches. The Pacific Coast Highway is wonderful. We have some extended family in the L.A. area so it was great to cook dinner and relax and catch up on things. The condo was perfect for our family. The kitchen was equipt nicely and their was everything you'd need for your time on the beach. One unexpected item is the kindness of the residents at Niguel Terrace Condos. We had allot of fun swimming, hot tubbing and just talking with the residents! I would highly recommend this rental-its a great value! Thank you Mike and Vilma for allowing us to rent your home. We created lifelong memories their!

We stayed for 2 weeks in September as part of my wife's 30th birthday celebrations. The condo and Southern Califronia in general were excellent. Everything we needed was supplied in the condo and combined with shopping from the local "Ralph's" supermarket and the nearnt restaurants we were'nt short of good food either! We drove more than 2000 miles in 2 weeks including an overnight in Vegas and still didn't get to see anywhere near everything SoCal has to offer!
I'd recommend it to anyone!

We stayed for two weeks from oct.3rd to oct.17th. We liked the condo much because it is very comfordable and there is nothing we missed. The place is perfect for sightseeing, relaxing, staying on the beach. Everyone of our family (parents and three teenaged kids 15/16/17)loved this vacation.

We stayed for a week in August 2008 it was part of a three week touring holiday of California. The weather was spot on with warm and sunny days and cooler evenings. We spent time at the beach and in Dana Point but were also able to travel to Sea World at San Diego, Disneyland at Aneheim, Universal Studios in Hollywood and also a one day trip to Los Angeles to visit Beverley Hills, the stars and the touristy stuff. The apartment was ideally located for all of this and more - we found the accommodation to be of the highest standard and extremely comfortable for our family. The local supermarket (Ralphs) is just up the road towards Dana Point so we bought some food in but we also ate out at local places like Rubys autodiner. Highly recommended to anyone thinking about a trip to Southern California and if you also want to visit San Diego suggest you stay a fortnight! We have to come back another time to fit in all that San Diego has to offer.

Thank you so very much for letting me stay in your beatiful condo. When me and my friends walked in the door, we felt very much at home. Everything was so cozy and nice. The view and area could not have been any better. Steps from the beach, and friendly neighbors! Perfect place to go when you want to get away. It is very peaceful. I would love to come back to Dana Point and stay there again.

We had such a blast at your beautiful condo. The location could not have been any better. The place was clean and well stocked with everthing you need from beach towels, chairs, toys and all the cooking utensils.We have not quit thinking about the trip since we have been home. Thank you guys for the welcoming bottle of "TWO BUCK CHUCK" we love the stuff!!!!! We would love to come back next year.

We had a brilliant time at the Condo ,bit of a climb up and down the steps to the beach but it was good excercise, just what we needed after eating at the excellent restaurants close by, we would reccomend it to anyone, Thankyou
