Reviews of Property: Penthouse apartment large terrace in private complex with pool

My family rent this apartment for the second time.Its a nice to take your kids here.They like the pool on the gard.You can walk to the ocean and supermarket verry close from the apartment.Nice beach.You have everything here.Take the bus to the market on fridays,verry easy.We are coming back.We like it.

Lovely apartment, great balcony, kids loved the pool, I enjoyed sunning myself on the great balcony. Supermarket at end of road is good value, Enjoyed the walks into rown. Agree that an information book would be handy. Eddie's transfers and car hire rates were great. Lovely coastline and very clean complex.

We stayed in this apartment in July 2008. The apartment was very clean and well equiped, the Sky TV was also a big hit. The balcony was huge and there was also another which was ideal for hanging the washing. the washing machine was great as it meant you did not come home to cases of dirty clothes!!. Plenty of good restuarants nearby (Mexican at bottom of Street, Martinis and the one with the mini golf which was just around the corner).We found eating out reasonable. The beach at the bottom of the road was a bit rocky,however, only 10 mins walk from the apartment heading into the town centre was a lovely big beach which had plenty of things for the kids and a few lovely cafe/bars on the beach. The town centre was about 25 mins walk, however, we did not feel the need to go in every evening as was enough on the doorstep. For kids the fun fair is a must which is near the town centre. What we liked about the area where the apartment was located was it was quite "spanish" and not commercialised!! the pool at the apartment was a good size and was never too busy.

The Description of the property is accurate. The property is well maintained and was very clean and tidy on arrival. The apartment accommodated five of us easily without feeling cramped and had very good facilities. The communal pool was clean and rarely busy. and there was also a larger swimming pool with bar and food served just around the corner
Although the local area is quiet, getting to the town was very easy. A five minute bus ride. The local supermarket was 3 minutes away and we were able to get everything needed there. We especially enjoyed the BBQs in the evening when it had cooled down. There are some local bars and restaurants on the seafront if you do not want to go into town where there is a large choice of restaurants catering for all budgets and tastes.
Really enjoyed this holiday would definitely recommend it to a friend and plan to return next year.

4 adults stayed at this apartment and we found it very spacious and luxurious. The apartment is very close to the town and all the shops and restaurants are nearby. The terrace is very big and ideal for sunbathing. IWe had a really good time and I will book again next year.
