What a great place to stay

The perfect Condo in the perfect location. The amenities are exactly as advertised and the location is great. Walking distance to shopping, beach, Starbucks and for the two weeks we spent, there was full sunshine every day.

The lanai is great for barbeque and when we wanted to eat at home. The pool is clean and the water cool.

We had our in-laws stay with us, and were able to have comfortable privacy. There was digital cable in the living room and both bedrooms. The bathrooms were with the bedrooms which enhanced the privacy aspect.

Kitchen applicances are new and everything you need is there.

What a great place, cannot wait to go back.

Review of our Rental at Waikoloa Villas

Keiki Lani Woodinville, WA
Review Submitted: May 28, 2009 Date of Stay: May 2009
We selected to come to the Big Island at that time of year since we knew the number of children would be at a minimal level, which proved to be correct. We wanted a top floor, and a condo that was quiet. We are very quiet and require the same when we rent a place when we travel. (Incidentally, I was an apartment owner for a number of years so we understand the rental business.)
We also had been going to Kauai for many years, but our last trip was somewhat disappointing due to the huge number of condos being built.

We loved the Big Island and plan to be back next year only for a longer stay. Our condo was very neat and completely supplied. We cook all of dinner meals at the condo. Great Place.

Great location

Our stay at F32 was great! We thought the location was superb. The accomodations excede expectations however it would have been nice if a few things were provided in kitchen (as is done in Canada)ex..coffee filters, ketchup, sugaretc. These are usually there and we simply top them up before leaving. We also had a few issues with the A/C. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again but address the A/C immediately upon arrival.
Owner's Response: Thanks to the notification, we were able to find a defective part in our A/C! A/C is functioning like new!

We had an awesome time!

The rental unit exceeded our expectations, so much so, that we are hoping to return to Waikoloa Beach Resort in 2010. The description of this unit was accurate in all aspects. We rarely went out to eat as the kitchen in this unit had everything you required. The barbeque on the lanai was great, top quality. I would highly recommend this property but unfortunately it is up for sale. Hopefully the new owners will rent it out?
If you enjoy golfing Wiakoloa is the place to be! The golf courses were well manicured and quite challenging at times. The beach is near by so you can head off for a dip after a hard day of golfing.

Aloha,

Just wanted to let you know we LOVED Waikolao Beach Villas unit F32!

Since we already live in Hawaii we are pretty discerning about where we stay when we travel around our Islands. Your condo beats even an upscale hotel all the way. We had stayed at the Waikoloa Marriott over the 4th of July weekend and even though we had an ocean view room there, we liked your unit and view better along with it's convenient location. Staying at your place was much more relaxing than the Marriott. We walked across the street to both the Queens Market Place and Kings Shops several times. There is new large Island Gourmet Market (run by KTA / ABC stores) that just opened right across from WBV at the Makai (ocean) end of Queens Market Place. There is free entertainment in both Queens Market Place and Kings Shops everyday that we could hear from the pools and walk over to when we wanted to see them. The only time we needed to drive was when we left the Waikoloa Beach Resort. There is also a new Foodland Farms Market 5 minutes drive north at The Shops at Mauna Lani now. Plenty of nearby shopping, not to mention golf, restaurants, and all the resort activities!

There was an outdoor concert in the new Queens Garden Bowl by Earth, Wind, & Fire on Saturday night, 8/30 which we walked over and listened to - it was great. We also walked to A-Bay Beach. I walked 5 minutes down Kings Trail in the back of the Condo to check out the Hawaiian Petroglyphs one morning too - much larger field and number of carvings than I expected - pretty amazing stuff to look at.

I have to hand it to you folks, you really thought of everything when setting up your rental, right down to the island info in the binders, the beach eqpt in the garage, and 3 ice chests for excursions. I loved the built-in BBQ on the Lanai, that was my personal favorite in the condo. I grilled dinner 5 of our 6 nights in the "Summer Kitchen" while watching the sunset and serene view each evening. Everything worked great and is in like new condition. The furnishings and bedding are all first rate.

Thank you for a very enjoyable and relaxing Waikoloa vacation from a couple of Oahu Hawaiians.

Mahalo Nui Loa,

Dale & Norie

This property was Fantastic! It was a wonderful, comfortable way to be in paradise. The views are spectacular, the home is spectacular and it feels like home. What a wonderful place to be! We will most definitely be coming back to this property and recommending it to anyone that we know! It was like living in the lap of luxury while in the most beautiful place in the world!

We had a wonderful time in your beautiful condo. The photos don't do it justice. Everything was pristine, well appointed and comfortable. The location is right on a golf course and next to shopping and the beach. The sunsets were breathtaking! We plan on returning, and would highly recommend this unit to everyone.

We spent an enjoyable 10 days in Andrea and Shawn's Unit at Waikaloa Beach Villas. The condo is spacious, well equipped and has gorgeous views. Its location within the development is ideal- close to the pool and both the King and Queen markets. We loved being an easy walk to lovely "A" Bay. We highly recommend staying here and would certainly return. Mahalo. Stan and Lesley Brown
