The apartment was in a ideal spot in the resort. Very close to the marina, beach and nighttime activites but far enough away to be very peacefull. Around the simming pool was fabulous very quite. Its right when barbara describes it as the best veiws in benelmadena. The apartment is very well equipt indeed and the wrap around balcony was like another room. We spent a lot of our time when in the apartment just taking in the views. I would definatley use this apartment again and I would recommend anyone to book it for a lovely, peaceful, and value for money break in the sun.

Once again we returned back to this lovely Apartment, my Wife two Girls and my Myself had a really great time here.
Firstly can I say that the owners Barbara and Dave met us at the Airport and made us feel very welcome this is our second time staying at this Apartment and we would definitely come back again.
Fantastic little place just as the property is described clean and well-maintained security is first class when going out it puts your mind at ease, there is no Air con but lovely and cool at night as the Balcony gets the sun first thing in the morning and moves around the side in the afternoon. The pool is fantastic it’s very clean and well maintained the grounds and gardens are beautifully kept.
There are lots of restaurants and bars nearby and a supermarket is also near hand for those self-catering needs, the beech is a stone throw from the Apartment and you can view it from the balcony along with the stunning views of the Marina and the sea, watch out for the reflection of the moon on the sea at Night. The views of the Mountains are also Amazing from the apartment.
The restaurants here where all very good we stayed ten nights and ate out at different places every night and can safely say we didn’t had a bad meal, the bars here have all got some form of entertainment at night so there's plenty to do. Great also for Kids as the Tivoli World Theme Park is a around a 20 min walk up hill but well worth a visit. At the end of our stay Barbara and Dave left us back to the Airport for our return flight.
We would definitely recommend this Apartment to our Friends and to anyone how is interested in staying in Benalmadena and hopefully we will be back again some day.

My wife & me have just come back from a fortnights holiday in the apartment in which we have been to for the last 5 years the apartment is situated in between the marina railway station & park & only 5 mins from the beach every where is so easy to get to. The apartment is always very clean & tidy, the view from the apartment is fantastic. the owner Barbara is always there to meet you & only a phone call away if you need help. I would thoughly recommend this apartment

My partner and I have just returned from a fortnights holiday in the apartment and we had a fantastic time. Benalmadena is a pleasant place for a holiday, with both superb beaches and a marina, quiet if you want to relax and chill out, yet has many bars and restaurants along the seafront if you wish to enjoy a more vibrant atmosphere. The apartment itself is ideally situated in Benalmadena and everything is close by and in walking distance; shops, restaurants and the beach. The marina is also walkable. On arrival the owner, Barbara, met us and made us feel very welcome. The apartment was clean and tidy, pretty much as the pictures show, although it is showing it’s age now. The balcony has the most fantastic views of Benalmadena, especially at nightime when all the lights come on and the moon is glistening over the sea. There is a large communal swimming pool in the garden and it was great to sunbathe, relax and take a dip in the pool to cool down. If you do stay here make sure you take a trip to the 14th floor on the roof top terrace, the views are breathtaking and very peaceful.

We only had a couple of minor issues and some of these are outside the owners responsibilty. The shower cubicle was very very small and the cooking facilities were a little on the disapointing side for a self catering apartment in comparison with other apartments we have stayed at, but with some nice cafes and restaurants around and reasonably priced eating out was not an issue and it got me out of washing up. The two hotels immediately below the apartment both had loud evening outdoor shows every night, so the competing noise became a little intrusive in the evenings and sometimes in the afternoons, however we got over this by going into town !! The hills in Benalmadena are everywhere and are quite steep and long so be prepared for some excercise, we certainly did ! Overall, we had a fantastic time and would not only recommend this apartment but also Benamadena as well.

The description of the apartment was very accurate, the photos don't do it justice! the balcony has stunning views of the mountains and the sea along with being very spacious. The whole place was very clean and the other residents were very friendly.
The area is also lovely, plenty to do and see and a beautiful, well maintained beach surrounded by a variety of good value resturants.
We had a brilliant time and cannot recommend the apartment and area enough!

My wife and I have just enjoyed a one week stay in this lovely apartment. Situated on the eleventh floor of a secure apartment block, the views of the med and marina were stunning. It is in an ideal location, only 15 minutes walk to the marina or just up the hill to Bonanza Square full of bars and restaurants. A large supermarket is located just off the square for all the essentials. Located round the corner is the tranquil Paloma Park and Selwo Marina, and a 20 to 25 minute brisk walk brings you to Tivoli World and the cable cars.
The apartment is well equipped with fridge-freezer, microwave, two ring hob and portable mini oven, washer hair dryer and storage space plus tv with free sat.
The apartment was clean and tidy and very secure with a metal gate and a double locking solid door. The pool and gardens were ideal for relaxing in the sun and were very secluded. It has a large pool ideal for an early morning swim. There are lovely clean beaches just down the hill and across the main dual carriageway, which has an underpass for safe crossing if with children. There are more bars and restaurants along the front.
Barbara, the owner of the apartment was very friendly and helpful and even met us at the airport and dropped us off after the holiday. On showing us around the apartment she did point out the shower cubicle was rather small, but both my wife and I used it every day with no great difficulty.
All said and done this was an ideal apartment fot the two of us which we would definitely use again.

This apartment was in a perfect location for us as we were looking for somewhere close to the beach as well as nearby restaurants/bars. The apartment itself is perfect for couples although may be a little cosy for more than 2 people. The views from the terrace are spectacular and the pool/garden area is perfect for sunbathing. Car rental is not absolutely necessary although it will allow convenience with day trips and carrying shopping back to the apartment.

Barbara herself is a huge asset of this property as she was approachable and helpful to us with directions and recommendations. We'd highly recommend this property for couples looking for some sunshine with amenities close by.

Just returned from a very relaxing & enjoyable week in this great little apartment. Brilliantly located 3 minute walk to Bonanza Sq for bars, restaurants & supermarket [ recommend Poppies Bar for lunchtime beers, Eduardos, El Cordero, El Carmen and Georgio's Italian resturant for great 'prix fixed' Dinner menu's with quality food and wine ]. Apartment also only 3 minute walk to the amenities on the main duel carriageway parallel to the beach.

Barbara could not have been more accommodating and we fully plan to be back again very soon [ subject to availability of course!! :o) ]
