we have recently returned from spending two glorious weeks in cyprus the accomadation and everything was spot on. We were over the moon with the location just 10min walk to the beach,there is restarants for all tastes in walking distance,then a lovley balconey awaits you so you can enjoy anightcap.it was after midnight when we arrived,tired and thirsty,but onseeing the apartment so light and spacious we came alive again.better was to come as we opened the fridge..two cold beers and a btl of rose ..to the balcony for an hour,al thanks to eleni.any questions and she was only too willing to help,she also supplied us with fresh bread on a number of occasions,which was really appreciated.eleni herself is a lovely lady with a lovely nature which made our stay so much better.all in all a holiday to remember and have no hesitation in reccomending the apartments to anyone.once again thanks eleni(and the lovely girls who kept our room spotless)

Me and my boyfriend had a fantastic time in Cyprus in Sunbay apartments. Everything was very clean, the rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Upon arrival we were welcomed my a bottle of wine and then onwards fresh warm bread twice a week.
We are very pleased to have chosen Sunbay for our stay, we wouls recommend it to all ages. It was a relaxing holiday, with plenty of things to do and the beach just minutes away.

My wife and I stayed here for 1 week in August 2009. We had a great time. The Location was perfect a short walk to the beach and restaurants and a very short drive into Larnaca.

The apartment was clean, spacious and well equiped, Eleni was very helpful while we were there and during the booking process, the fresh bread delivered by Eleni on Saturday was a nice surprise and appreciated thank you.

We will be back.

What a wonderful place,owner and staff.Offer us fresh bread twice a week.Cleaning,new sheets and towels also twice a week.5 min.to beach.2 min.to the bus.Small shops,bars and restaurants nearby.
If you don`t like a noisy place;choose this.
We was two adults and a teeager(boy).
We arrived in the middel of the night,the owner came to the airport,take us to the apt.(usually you don`t have your room before 2)For us,this was perfect.It was all perfect.

Wir entschieden uns für Sun Bay apartments und stellten fest, dass alle Details der Beschreibung der Unterkunft voll zutrafen. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und mit vielen guten Tipps für den Aufenthalt und für Ausflüge durch Frau Eleni ausgestattet. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Aller 3 Tage wurde es durch ein freundliches Reinigungsteam gesäubert und mit frischen Handtüchern und Bettwäsche versehen. Die ruhige Lage und die Nähe zum Wasser sind optimal. Der Strand ist für kleine Kinder sehr zu empfehlen, da das Wasser sehr flach ist.

The apartment was light bright very spacious clean and well maintained eleni was extremely nice and helpful. We would not hesitate in recommending the apartments and we hope to rent it again

Very welcoming, good information, very clean, comfortable beds, good shower.
We had hired a car but from information not absolutely necessary.
Near some good restaurants, near beach with facilities.

However we arrived in the late evening the hostess waited for us and give us a warm and friendly welcome. The appartement is situated in a quiet an clean environment and not far away from the beach. Not only touristic information but also the hostess surprised us several times with breadrolls in the morning. The appartment is spacious and clean. However, because of the location it is recommanded to hire a car. It is a perfect base from where you can discover mid- and east Cyprus.
