Reviews of Property: 3 Blocks From the Beach - 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath Guest House

Everything was perfect for us and our three children. The cottage was clean and comfortable and a great location. The kitchen was well equipped and the use of a washing machine was a bonus after two weeks of travel! I would recommend the cottage to friends.

We took our twins to Santa Monica for their high school graduation trip. The cottage was perfect our needs. Although, we did not spend much time there, everything was at our fingertips when we needed it. The towel and linens were heavenly! We were more than comfortable and felt very safe in this neighborhood. It was a perfect fit. The owners did not leave one detail unattended. We would reccommend this place for any age guests or vacation plans in the LA area. We rented a large vehicle and parking was a little tight but the family had that covered, too. Parking passes. We stayed here during the last week of May 2008. The house is very nice and clean. All the products used are top notch. The bathroom towels were extra soft, the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were fantastic. The queen bed was very comfortable. The two HD TV's are great. When we got home and turned on our old TV, I was really disappointed. The location is very nice, close to the beach and main street, but in a nice neighborhood. The kitchen had all the things we needed. We cooked several meals here and had all the utensils we needed to do that. Also had a washer and dryer.
It was very quiet at night, we slept great. You can catch the bus right outside to all the shopping and restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here.

property is newly renovated and includes everything you could need on vacation; perfect for families with small children; hosts were great; only 3 blocks from main street and about 6 blocks from beach, which was about 7-10 minute walk; very close to venice beach and about 15 minute walk to third street;
