We call this the Mac Daddy Cabin!

We just got back from a two family reunion - 23 people - including kids as young as 2. There was so much to do for everyone. We were all wishing we could stay another week. Not enough time to see or do everything. You really don't need to bring a thing. We had packed corn hole and hilly billy golf - and all those things were provided. Davey met us the first day and showed us around. He was a very gracious host. Chrystal answered all my nagging emails with details up until we arrived and everything was a great as promised. I would definitely recommend renting the golf cart. It is a little bit of a hike to the lake and the way up is a bit tiring for those of us who aren't extremely fit. The cabana was great for cooking those big sloppy and greasy meals. There was so much room that no one felt like they were cramped. The party barn had to be our favorite place. The have the coolest sound system - you can use their cd player or plug in your ipod (our preferred method) and play inside and/or outside. We had many night of karaoke and dancing with the disco ball. They even have a fog machine for the dance floor. They also have Wii to play on the big tv in the party barn. There is enough room in the party barn to sleep the entire party - but no need to because all the bedrooms in the cabin and caboose are very comfy and private. I couldn't believe that everyone had their own room and bed and no one had to sleep on the floor. The lake was a lot of fun too. The ponds are stocked with huge catfish in one and bluegill and bass in another. I would recommend fishing there instead of the lake. The most fun we had was an olympic event between the two families - we had horseshoes, frisbie golf, hillbilly golf, corn hole, water ballon toss, euchre tournament, etc. My niece planned a scavenger hunt with all the cool sculptures they have all over - that was fun too. I'm sure we will be going back. There is no way pictures can capture the beauty of all their acreage and well maintained properties.
