A truly fantastic holiday location!

Myself, my sons (aged 5 & 8) my sister, my brother in law & their sons (aged 4 & 1) stayed in Honeysuckle Villa the last week of August & first week of September and I can safely say that every single one of us had a brilliant holiday. As the description says, the grounds really are a little oasis filled with fruit trees, little pathways, hidden turkish style relaxation areas, various rescued animals and a good sized swimming pool. It would have been very easy to spend our whole stay at the villa but it is definitely worth experiencing the local restaurants, beaches and the many other things to do & see in the area. In particular, don't miss out on taking advantage of the owners Sheri & Ibo's private boat - we had a great day sunbathing on the deck, swimming in crystal clear water, fishing off the side and eating a delicious lunch of fresh veg, chicken, lamb & fish all BBQ'd at the front of the boat! Felt very smug when we occasionally went past the huge tourist boats with at least 100 people packed on like sardines - not the same experience at all!
Sheri was away most of the time we were there, but Ibo couldn't have been a more welcoming and helpful host - no ask was too big. Although the villa's are all private with their own secluded areas, there is definitely a communal feel to Levassi Han and it was nice to get to know the hosts, their friends/staff & the other guests - although this might not be for everyone?
We didn't hire a car which wasn't a problem, as the bus goes from right outside the villa and Ibo was always happy to give people a lift to the local town for shopping etc, however, if being independent on holiday is important to you, a hire car might be good idea.
We only ventured into Hirisanou on one evening and that was more than enough - lots of tourists, flashing lights and pushy sales guys! The local people we met in the restaurants & shops nearer the villa were all nothing but polite & friendly.
I would have no hesitation in recommending any of the Levassi Han Villas as a great place to go on holiday.

Family Birthday

Timce Shropshire, England
Review Submitted: April 20, 2009 Date of Stay: April 2009
A perfect family holiday to celebrate 'grandma's' 70th birthday.
Levissi Han is a true oasis in the beautifully unspoilt village of Caya. The perfect place to relax, refresh and unwind, however if you are looking for more "life" then Hissaronu is just a few miles down the road (also great for all the shops / supermarkets that you will need)
Sherri and Ibo are the perfect hosts who will do as much or as little as you like to ensure that you have the perfect holiday.
A boat trip out to the islands is a must, and Ibo has his his own boat, but can also help you arrange other boat trips, thus saving you valuable holiday time avoiding the need to go and shop around in Fethiye Marina.
Having your own car to get around is recommended, particularly if you want to see sights, but there is a good bus service that will get you to Fethiye, Hissaronu and Olu Deniz.
The family pets (dogs, cats and the odd tortoise!) are very child friendly and always pleased to see you when you have been out for the day!

Ein Paradies für Kinder und Eltern

Review Submitted: November 1, 2009 Date of Stay: October 2009

Everything is possible

We (Me, my wife and my 4 kids(3,7,9,10))had a great stay at this place. The outside with a very nice big pool (5x10m) and a lot of green around is definately the highlight of this residence.
The other housing facilities are also in good shape and we had nothing to complain about.
Its very likely that we will come again to this super place.
Its close to the sea (5 minutes by car) and also nice boat trips with Ibo's (The house owner) boat are possible. We did and it was fantastic and the price was reasonable.
Ibo and his wife Sheri have been very helpful in all regards too.
Any requests that came up - they found a solution.
So, a strong recommendation from our side to visit this place.
We only went a week and it was far too short.
