Better than the pictures

I just wanted to let you know that our stay was incredible. We enjoyed it so much we have decided that next year we are coming to stay for 2 weeks, 1 week was just not enough! We have been to several islands in the Carribean (USVI, St. Lucia, Cancun Mexico) and thought we would keep going to experience them all, but this time we were so unexpectedly impressed with the not only the best location and condo on the island, but I must say that the people of the island were so gracious. We had the very best time interacting with everyone we met along our journey. We had such a romantic time reconnecting our love and friendship with one another and your place gave us the atmosphere to really decompress from the day to day stress and let go and enjoy each other. The night life is so much fun, you can do a lot or a little but the choice is yours. There are so many beaches and other islands to explore and we didn't get to do everything we wanted in one week, it is just not enough time. I also want you to know that Lillian is very kind and the ladies that cleaned our condo were excellent. The kitchen and grill just made it so nice to have breakfast there without much trouble and we even cooked a couple of times on the grill for dinner. However, the cusine on the island was very reasonable and we had a lot of great dining experiences. The spa at the LaSammanna was excellent (I spent 3 hours there), and the scuba diving was very good as well. We went on 4 dives privately with Scuba Fun in Phillipsburg and they were exceptional. I could go on for a very long time about the wonderful time we had. I just can't thank you enough for sharing your paradise and allowing us to share such wonderful memories. We will be in touch next spring to reserve the condo for 2 weeks in May 2010. I am looking so forward to returning, it is the first time I have ever been away from my home and children and I was not ready to come home.

We had a fantastic time last week at your beautiful
vacation home! The name your chose for your unit
is quite appropriate - the views are absolutely
incredible. The interior is very well appointed and
has a clean open feel to it - we were beyond
comfortable. We were also fortunate enough to
have perfect weather for the entire trip. We went
out to dinner several times during our stay, but we
all agreed the best table on the island is right there
on the patio. We cooked some fabulous meals in
your well equipped kitchen and going out became
increasingly more difficult to justify. Going above
and beyond is evidenced by the extra touches
provided such as the spices in the kitchen and the
start up kitchen supplies. We look forward to
returning in the near future.

During our last trip to St-marten, we decided to rent this place based on the fantastic pictures of the scenery...The pictures dont do this villa justice! We have been travelling the carribbean for 22 years and never could I have imagined such a luxurious experience. The 2 weeks we have rented were really to die for! We look forward to returning in as soon as we can escape again.

Certainly the most beautiful ocean front accomodation we stayed in through the Caribbean.
Excellent service, daily maids, attention to details, gorgeous surroundings, almost private beach, breathtaking sunsets, etc...
The view of Simpson Bay, whether by day or night, is simply amazing.

We had the great pleasure of renting View2Die4 for 8 days over Christmas break in 2007; we were 1st time visitors to the Caribbean. Not only were we thoroughly delighted with the accommodations provided, but I have to say that they exceeded our expectations in every way. The owner has paid attention to every detail: the unit has a large capacity high efficiency washer and dryer, Advantium oven, side by side fridge with ice and water in the door, Hansgrohe bathroom fixtures, jetted bath tub, beautiful tile throughout, fluffy bath towels, lots of beach towels. It is clear that this is the owner's second home and that he designed it to make it comfortable and airy, a place he loves to visit, not just an investment. It certainly felt like a home-away-from home to us. Other things that delighted us: (1) The wine fridge was stocked as an honor bar, with the only request being that we replace beverages as we used them. (2) Daily maid service, so the unit was spotless (and we tried to keep it that way). (3) A beach that, though public, was virtually private. No umbrellas blocking the view, no jostling for lounge chairs. We spent hours sttting on the wrap-around balcony watching the sunrises and sunsets and the yachts, sailboats, and cruise ships pass by. The location is great -- lots of restaurants and patisseries within walking distance; even a multi-plex is close by if you ever get tired of sunny, 82 deg. weather and ocean breezes and have an urge to be cooped up in a dark theatre for 2 hours. The pictures of the unit on the website are completely accurate, but the entire environment has to be experienced to be appreciated fully. We even bought some snorkeling and other beach equipment that we left in the unit -- because we expect to be back!
