Nous venons de passer une semaine dans cet appartement. Il est super,moderne, très bien situé. Nous étions quatre. Nous avons adoré cet endroit, la cheminée au gaz...
Stephen a toujours très bien répondu à nos messages.
Nous sommes arrivée et repartis en Taxi.
A 100 m se situe une superette ouverte jusqu'à 21 h très pratique.
Le métro se situe aussi à 100 m.
Nous vous recommandons cet endroit...

Communication with the owner was excellent. Stephen answered all of my questions very promptly. Great price and very close to subways, supermarkets, and restaurants. Apartment was very clean and owner accomodated arrival and departure times. Apartment had many extras like stroller, umbrellas, etc. and owner was very nice to allow us to use anything in the apartment we needed. A little loud at times outside, but I suppose that is normal for New York. Neighborhood was a little scary at first, but soon we realized that the people in the area are very friendly. I really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment to others because it was a great price and accomodates 6 people very well. The only negative side I would say would be that there was no full length mirror in the apartment. But other then that, it had everything else you could possibly need even food and drinks in fridge:) If we visit NY again I would definitely plan on returning to this apartment. Listing was very accurate. Stephen's assistant greeted us at arrival and was very kind to us.

We have just returned from our first trip to New York where we stayed for one week at this condo and one week in New York State. Our stay at this condo was just perfect -the website description was 100% accurate - just a stone's throw from the subway and so close to Central Park. Many convenience stores very close and one just downstairs. We found the locals very friendly albeit a bit noisy during the evening but that's to be expected in New York! We were greeted by the owner's assistant who showed us around the condo and was very personable. The condo was extremely well equipped with everything from umbrellas to toiletries. We would certainly recommend this accommodation for its amenities and easy access to the subway and Central Park.

rented this condo in early july 2008 ,party of 4 adults ,i cannot fault this rental in any way,the facilities where exellent!!!!!! very spacious,clean ,well maintained,safe,secure,within walking distance to subways,very easy to walk to central park,local stores very friendly,we had exellent care from the owner the condo looks good on the rental page ,but 100 times better in real life ,this made our first visit to NYC more enjoyable. lots of space to put all your shopping bags !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.the facilties within the condo were amazing,to having the washing machine and dryer,coffee grinder,hairdryers,cable tv acsess to the internet,land line ,house coats,(no slippers!!!!!!!!!!!!) umberrellas,stroller, the list can go on and on .the only tiny tiny thing was NO FULL LENGHT MIRROR FOR THE LADIES.but still10/10 for accomidation.not if but when we go backto nyc we would plan our visit around the availabilty of this condo now that is saying something from us scots who can be a bit fussy
