Everything was fine with two exceptions.
1. We could not use the wireless internet access because it was a secured network and we could not get the WEP code.
2. The first day we were there the fridge freezee started to leak water over the floor. The ice maker did not shut off the water input. We reported it but it was not fixed during our stay. We had to buy ice cubes.
Owner's Response: We do try to ensure that ALL our guests enjoy staying with us at our executive villa Mickey at Windsor Hills. I am sorry to see that this was not the case during your stay with us. Our villa is privately owned and we only rent it out to cover the maintenance costs whilst we are not there. I have spoken with our management company who are on hand 24 hours a day. They advised that they did not spot any of these issues during there pre guest checks but responded as soon as they received your voicemail. An engineer visited the villa during your stay and repaired the ice maker, I understand that this did not stop the operation of the fridge and freezer itself. It is still a mystery why you were unable to connect to the router as the guest before and after you have not experienced any problems. It is for this reason that we provide a networked PC as well as a wireless option, and free phone call to anywhere in the world. (Not all villa owners provide this facility). There is also an unsecured network from our neighbour opposite.
