Our vacation at Brian and Carol's home was beyond our expectations! The home was immaculately clean and we felt as if we were being welcomed to our own home by Brian. Gifts awaited us and the kids were included. There was more than enough room in the house for us to join together or take some time alone. Perfect arrangement of furniture and plenty of seating. We were so delighted to hear from Brian our first morning there to see if all was well or anything was needed. Brochures at the home and info from Brian ahead of time helped us locate everything immediately in the area. We didn't spend a full day just trying to locate destinations. Golf courses were within 15 minutes, beach within 5, and yes even the mall ! Such beautiful views of the water and fishing was enjoyed so much by all. We ate at Sam Steltzers as Brian advised and received premium seating with the pamphlet from the house. We were so spoiled by this home we are booked for next year already. We have never felt so welcomed or cared for by any home owner at other places we have previously stayed at. This is our 8th year coming to Florida and until this year have never stayed in the same home twice. This had it all...hospitality, cleanliness, location to everything, water and views. This home would be the vacation everyone dreams of. Wish we could go more than once a year. Brian and Carol are such pleasures to work with we would highly recommend this home to anyone. There are special amenities here around every corner to make this your own little world for your stay. You would not even need to leave the home for anything....dolphins, boats and friendly people pass daily. Total peace and quiet. We look forward to many vacations here and know that someday we may just need that elevator..... so cleverly thought of. Couldn't find anything in the home that was needed that was not there.

We had a great time and plenty of space in this beautiful, waterfront home. We spent plenty of time swimming, fishing and watching for dolphins. What a great, relaxing vacation! We hope to return.

This is a very fine, new, fully equipped luxury home with first class appliances, amenities and high end furnishings. In addition, the particular lot on which the home sits is one of the premium lots in the area: lovely bay views with plenty of yachts and marine activity passing by, including swimming dolphins. The owners are particularly warm, helpful and consciousness people and the home is meticiously maintained. . If you want to stay in the St. Petersburg area, you could not go wrong with this particular residence.

This house was beautiful and we had a very relaxing vacation. Every luxury detail was present and the home was quite spacious. Brian was very helpful with getting us acclamated to the house amenities. We will definitely go back in the future. Wonderful home in a beautiful setting.

Better than described!

My extended family & I (7 adults, 2 babies) just spent Christmas week at this waterfront villa. The property is amazing! The views to the bay are breathtaking.
The owners were very hospitable, even leaving us a lovely Christmas basket upon welcome. Throughout the planning, they were friendly and reliable. You can trust them!
Pictures & words do not adequately reflect what you will find once you actually step foot on the property. The house itself is beautifully designed with impressive construction materials and architectural details. When we walked in for the first time, the 180 degree views of the sky and water left us speechless. The grounds are lush and inviting: full of palm trees and tropical plants like hibiscus. The pool area is wide open and provides plenty of space to swim and play. As for the dock, there is no better place to sit and watch the sun set.
The property conveyed the feeling of being in an exclusive resort, only better. We found it very peaceful and very private.
My family is already trying to plan when we can return.

We have rented this beautiful home two years in a row. It is so well-maintained and clean and is in such a beautiful setting. This home was ideal last year when we rented it with another couple and worked just as well with our family. Our grandchildren loved the pool and the fishing off the dock. We rent homes all over the country and we believe this one has been the most enjoyable and well loved by it's owners. We would recommend it to any of our friends and family and would not hesitate to stay again in this home.

What a great place!

We spent our 2 week vacation on this beautiful property and had a terrific time. The house is outstanding, so are the hosts.
The location is great, very convenient and close to everything, beach, golf, shopping and the daily grocery trip to the new Publix.
The house has everything one might expect in its wildest dreams.
Dolphins are present daily, right at the dock, plus occasional Manatee sightings. The days and the nights around the pool are incredible. The fishing catch and release program with the kids was very popular.
We shall for sure return next year. Thanks Brian and Carol.

Amazing Villa and Fantastic Hosts

Me and my Family have just spent two fantastic weeks at this property. The design and care to detail of all the rooms is outstanding - the views breathtaking with Dolphins swimming by regularly, What made this most special was the absolute care provided by Brian and Carol to ensure we were looked after from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. We are still missing the house a week later it has everything and more. I f you want a relaxing holiday with all at your fingertips look no further than here. Loved it!!!!!

Beautiful Home, Great Vacation!!

This was one of the best vacation experiences we have had. Everything about this home is perfect, from the stunning views to the first class amenities, to the owners themselves. Carol and Brian were a pleasure to work with. Our two girls (6 & 3) can't stop talking about all of the dolphins they saw from "their beach house." And Brian and Carol do everything they can to make it feel like it is your own home while you are there. I could sit in that pool all day and watch the boats go by. The location is priceless. There is nothing quite like waking up in the master bedroom and looking out the giant windows onto the intra-coastal waterway. Or the huge plasma tv on the bedroom wall. And the plasma in the great room is nice too!
The gas grille (infrared) on the lanai was so good now my wife wants to buy one. The gourmet kitchen is top notch too!
The pool, complete with fountains and mini-waterfall cascading from the hot tub, gave the backyard a true resort feel. There really was no need to leave the house. But we did rent a boat from Dolphin Rentals (great people) for the day and went to Shell Island...highly recommended.
Overall, we wouldn't have changed a thing about the house and we will certainly be back. Thanks again, Brian and Carol, for a great vacation experience!!

Great place for a family reunion!!

we had our annual family reunion at Carol and Brian's house,,,they were so accomodating and friendly,,,Brian was there to meet us and walk us through the extrordanary rooms while explaining all of the fabulous features. he also was available at all times to explain anything we may have missed on the initial walk thru!
each room gave the guests a sense of privacy which was great, yet we all came together daily in the kitchen/great room and pool area. the fishing was consistent, and we saw dolphins and manatees daily. the location was perfect if a run to Publix was (always) necessary.
this is an extremely secure house, in that we had a big weather front come through while there, and the house is so solid, windows, everything, that nothing moved, it is just solid.
Wonderful home, wonderful ambiance, just great!
