Superb Apartment

A great place if you like quiet, security, and amazing views from the roof. A few things to think about before you book this place. If you arrive before check in or your plane does not leave until after the check out time of noon, you are stuck with your luggage in NYC unless you want to pay the steep fees to store it longer with them. Also it is comfortable for 4, we had 5 and the single pull out in the living room is fine if the person sleeping on it is getting up at the same time as you, otherwise you are stuck in your bedroom as there is not another room to go to. And the only TV is in that living room. They had ample towels and bedding, bring your own pillow as they were small and very flat. The area itself is nice, you are in walking distance to 9th which is Hell's Kitchen. Many good places to eat on that street. Go up to the corner to catch a cab, it is cheaper than calling a town car. It was a nice place, just a few minor things that could be improved upon. You will enjoy the place.

My wife another couple and myself stayed in this great appartment in June 2009 for a one week stay. The location is great with a wonderful view of New York city. The building is like new and the apparment is clean and well maintained. It has everything you need to just move in and start enjoying. Having internet and phone included is a bonus. Lots of great restaurants and clubs are walking distance as is Time Square. We particularly enjoyed walking and eating on w 46th street (restaurant row).
The appartment is 2 or 3 blocks from the theatre where Jersey Boys is playing , a show we really loved.

We celebrated my daughter's 21st birthday in NYC in June and a group of 6 adults stayed in the appartment. The views are fantastic, just as good as the photos show. The apartment is spotless and everything you could need is provided for you. The roof terrace was amazing. We had cake and champagne up there on the big day and took some fantastic photos. We mostly walked everywhere as the location is so good but if you wanted a cab you just walked to 10th avenue which took about 30 seconds! The sofa bed is a single and was very comfortable but to sleep 6 you have to use the single airbed which was ok for a short stay. We would definitely stay here again.

What a great place to walk into. As promised Ayaka was waiting for us in this well furnished clean apartment with superb views. When I'm back in NY my first call will be to book this apartment.

Six of us had a fabulous time in this incredible apartment. We spent our entire first day on the roof top terrace. The views are breathtaking. We can't wait to come back to NYC & stay here again. The location couldn't be better - cabs were abundant & it's a short walk to the subway station. Thanks again!

Me and 4 of my friends found this apartment to be very comfortable and the location was perfect. We walked everywhere. The neighborhood was great cause there were grocery stores, deli's, restaurants and shops nearby. The view of the nightskyline was awesome and we sure used the rooftop everyday. I will certainly do it again. Everything was clean and plenty of towels, pillows and dishes were provided.

Breathtaking views of the NYC skyline! Clean, nicely decorated apartment with comfortable beds in a convenient, quiet location. My husband and I, and my parents stayed there with our 3 kids 9, 11, 14. This was our base from which we walked to Broadway shows, Central Park, restaurants. Ten minute walk to subway. Helpful, friendly owner -- excellent service from our first contact.

From the moment we learned this property was available for the dates we wanted, our rental experience was smooth and effortless. We were welcomed personally by the owner.

Our party consisted of two moms, two dads and two teenage girls. Having two bathrooms was a must. Beds - regular and pull out - were really comfortable.

The apartment - its location, layout, situation and amenities - was perfect for our walking discovery of New York. Subways are a ten minute walk away but taxis abound.

The apartment is a ten minute walk from Broadway and 15 minute walk to Times Square and Central Park. One block up from the apartment is 9th Street with all the restaurants one could wish for. Diners and delis are just around the corner. Two large grocery stores are within a 5 and 15 minute walk.

Photos do not do justice to the skyline views from the apartment. They are breathtaking, especially at night when the lights come on.

Kitchen and laundry facilities in the apartment were well equipped. The neighbourhood is safe, the people are friendly and helpful.

Our week in New York was perfect; in large part because of where we stayed. We'll be back!
