Perfect Location

My family stayed here for 6 days, having just returned home today (8/6/08). Our daughter was graduating from AT Still University in Mesa, and this condo was the perfect location for all our activities we had planned both before and after graduation. The Petersons checked in with us during the week to make sure we had everything we needed and told us not to hesitate in calling if we had any questions or needed directions to anywhere. Beautifully decorated and well maintained property. Very close to shopping and many nice restaurants to choose from. I would definitely recommend this condo to our friends and family. We hope to be able to visit again sometime in the future.

My family and I spent a total of 5 weeks in this condo from the end of January through the first week in March, 2009. The condo is
in perfect condition and the furnishings include practically anything you could ever want in any private home - much less in a
rental! For most of the month we prepared almost all meals at home and really appreciated all the little touches, like a blender,
hand mixer, rice maker, coffee grinder, and slow cooker - not always found in rental properties, but very convenient when you are
making it a home for an extended period. As far as cleanliness, everything, including the linens, were spotless. In addition, the
decor was very pleasant and comfortable - even calming. There were plenty of linens from kitchen, to bedrooms, to bathrooms.
The owners were extremely considerate and accommodating - attentive to our needs without interfering. I found the location to be
extremely convenient - it is located a very short distance from the US 60, from which you can travel anywhere in the Mesa, Phoenix
areas. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and hope that it will be available for me if I can make the trip again next year. I almost
hesitate to review it so positively for fear it won't be available! It is a wonderful unit and I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Well Equipped and Beautifully Decorated Twonhouse

This is a very well equipped condo/townhome perfect for our family of four. The place was spotless when we arrived and the kitchen was very well stock with all the essentials of a home away from home. We have a wonderful time in Mesa. Our compliment to the host / owners.

My husband and I, two sisters and a brother-in-law all stayed in this property. The accommodations were excellent, beautiful condo, great location. The owner is very pleasant and very helpful. We would certainly recommend this to anyone visiting Mesa. You won't regret it.

My family and I stayed here in March for 7 days. We had a great time. The condo was beautifully decorated and we felt as though it was our home away from home. The Petersons were wonderful to deal with and very thoughtful in making sure we had everything we needed for our stay. They wanted to be sure we knew our way around and that we would enjoy all that Arizona had to offer. We would definatly stay again given the chance.
