This is a clean home - it is fairly new; it is the perfect place for any family who is looking for a safe place to stay that is located near everything. Not only did we enjoy the private swimming pool, but we also had access to the community facilties. We never needed to contact the owner as everything that we needed was readly available. The only time we met the owner was on our arrival/greetings. The owner was flexible, he even allowed us to have a small birhday party of 20 in the backyard.
Without a doubt, I will strongly recommend this home to anyone.

Our stay in this Gilbert property during the month of March was very nice. Henry was available to us 24/7 if we needed anything - we did not have to call him at all. The house is very bright, spacious and very family friendly with the large bedrooms upstairs. The central location of the home makes it very convenient to get to the local attractions, restaurants, and super markets.

We have vacationed here for the last two years, and have reserved it again for 2010. The house is well maintained , and easily accomodates our group of four adults. The location allows easy access to shopping, restaurants, golf courses, baseball spring training and other attractions. Sitting by the pool enjoying the warm sunshine in the enclosed back yard was most enjoyable! We are lookin forward to our next visit. .

For the past six years we stayed at various homes; however, none of them came as close to this home. This is our second stay and the service was as great as the first. That is reason why we were willing to write a testimonial. This is not an average home away from home. This is as close as one could get to a Five Star Hotel. Not only are the four bedrooms especially the master well laid out, but the living room and the family room are spacious with new furniture. This home is immaculately clean. This home is even more beautiful than the photos. Everything was new from the kitchen utensils to the other appliances – they all function. Linens were more than enough. The location is great - not to far from golf courses and other attractions. If safety is a concern to anyone, put it to rest when you get to this home/community. My family had a great time with the BBQ that is located next to the pool and the furnished patio. The Telfers were in constant contact with us, via the house phone, to see if we needed any assistance, which we never did. We were hesitant to write a brief review for this home as we may have difficulties in securing a slot on its calendar.

My family recently stayed at the Gilbert property. A great time was had by all!!!
The location was very convenient to anything and everything we came to Arizona to see, and was within a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood.
My extended family travels to Arizona quite often, and it is wonderful to know that we can have a home away from home that it more affordable than hotel accomodations. We will absolutely return and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone!!!
The property manager was a gentleman named Henry, and was very available to us and very concerned with our needs and comfort. Many thanks, Henry!!!
I would have to say the home's best features were the space to spread out...and the pool!!! The kids loved it!!! In fact, on our first morning, we were thrilled to see a small frog taking a dip. We watched him for hours!!!
I do have a suggestion...the vertical blinds are installed on the wrong doors. If you swapped them, they won't be in the way when you try to go through the door.
The only concern I have is with the thermostat. It is locked, so that management has the only access. Which is difficult in the middle of the night when the house is very warm. Henry came out the next day to adjust the temp, but it still seemed the nights were way too warm, although the daytime temps were perfect.
All in all, a wonderful experience for the whole family. All our thanks to Henry!!! We'll be back!!!
