Just wanted to drop you an email to say what a wonderful house you have at
La Noria. Finn loved having his 'own' bathroom on the top floor aswell. (Daniel Goodall, June 2007).
Helen,
'I was impressed with the standard of the
accommodation and the La Noria complex. I would not hesitate to
recommend your villa and am sure I will repeat the trip next year'.
Regards
R. Brumfitt (rented the villa in May 2005)
'I'd just like to say thankyou very much for a great Holiday. The house was great along with surroundings'.
D. Ainge (rented for the last two weeks of August 2005).
'We all enjoyed our 2 weeks at La Noria. It really was a beautiful and peaceful place, and we really didn't want to leave'.
P. Simon (rented for 2 weeks in September).

Short break in July

P.J.F Manchester UK
Review Submitted: July 14, 2009 Date of Stay: June 2009
I took a short break in July with my 2 grown up children. Helen was very helpful in arranging the last minute booking. The house was ideal for our needs and perfectly placed to discover the Cote D'Azur. The house was clean and well presented , the private park it is situated in is very quiet and secure ...and the local village of Biot has plenty of small restaurants..

Charming semi detached with fine view

Owner and their representative are friendly and helpful.
The view to the park and the hilltop village of Biot is splendid.
One neighbour is ultra sensitive to any form of noise. Buildings are not sound proof and the electrical supply at 6KW was not sufficient when we, three adults and two children, stayed over Christmas, but this should have been addressed.
Place was clean and I would recommend it. Henri

Lovely for an autum holiday

autumn fun Switzerland
Review Submitted: October 19, 2008 Date of Stay: October 2008
We spent a week in La Noria with our two children and an elderly friend of the family. We found the house to be perfect in size, very clean and well equipped - especially the kitchen. The two terraces and park also meant there was plenty of room for everyone to find a quiet spot. The village of Biot is a short drive away. Unfortunately there are no pavements along the main road, which makes walking with small children a bit of a hazard. Everyone loved nearby Marineland and the beaches. Even in mid-October, it was warm enough for a swim! We definitely liked not having to share the area with the summer crowds. It's perfect for an autum get-away.

Greets for Finland...

Nice appartment on 3 floors. Pool was exellent and the garden area was well kept. Guardian was really helpfull. Getting taxi with english was impossible, I highly recomend renting own car. Theres pizzeria not too far from the appartment when you walk towards biot and it had good service & food. The village of biot is walk away and nice isnt too far if you have car. All in all we had a nice stay at La Noria.

Just returned from a 2 week stay in this wonderful villa, 14th to 28th June 2008. The location, layout and description of the property are very accurate. The owner is very approachable, friendly and understanding and for those of you who are afraid of the french language, all communication can be done in English with the owner which is great.

The kitchen is well equipped, the fridge holds all your food and drink for at least a week, good freezer to make icepops for kids. Comfortable eating areas on breakfast bar, good lounge and open plan social area on ground floor.

Main double bedroom has wonderful views of the village of Biot and further into Provence. Ample storage space for clothes etc. Twin bedroom nice and cool for children. Attic bedroom is very roomy, I am 6 foot and can easily stand in most places.

The 2 bathrooms were spotlessly clean on arrival, lovely towels were provided at a small cost to us but well worth it to keep luggage weight down if using no-frill airlines.

Rear patio area a real suntrap from midday onwards, not overlooked and secure for small children. We spent most afternoons either sunbathing here or at the poolside. Front patio good and provides more shade for those who do not want to worship the sun!

The swimming pools are superb and cleaned every day. Most days had both pools to ourselves and this was a real bonus, lots of sun here too. Small pool was 100% brill for my son and children are fully visible while parents swim in the large pool. For extra security the pools are wholly enclosed in a gated area.

This area of France has so much to see and do for all age ranges. Antibesland is great for younger children but make sure you have plenty of 2euro coins! There is a Water Park within 5 mins drive from the villa for those who like to splash!

I recommend car hire from the airport if you stay here (there is secure parking), the bakery 4 mins drive from the villa at Biot 3000 is super for fresh baguettes - also try their Quiche de Jambon- its the best I have ever tasted in France. 2 of our favourite restaurants who are great with the kids are called La Galerie Aubernon in the old part of Antibes and Le Champoinnet in the covered area of the market in Antibes. Carrefour is the best hypermarket in the area and is 6 mins by car - check it out

All in all I would highly recommend this villa to anyone but especially to those travelling with a small family.

I can't wait to return

Happy holidaying!!!!!!!

relaxing holiday in lovely surroundings

Review Submitted: May 21, 2008 Date of Stay: July 2007
I recently stayed in this property with my family and found it to be an excellent base for travelling to the many resorts situated closebye on the Cote D'Azure.
The house is well equipped and nicely presented. La Noria is a lovely setting in which to holiday with children.
The pool and garden areas are exceptionally well maintained and provide a safe and secure environment in which to allow children the freedom to explore unsupervised.
I will stay in this house again and would recommend it to friends.

The family loved staying at La Noria. It is so peaceful yet within easy reach of all there is to see in this beautiful part of the Riviera. The house itself is clean, well equipped and with everything you would need in a home from home. The swimming pool was an added bonus. I have no hesitation in recommending the villa to anyone who wants quietness yet easy access to all the Riviera has to offer.

La Noria, Biot, France

La Noria is so nicely located, getting there was easy and the village of Biot is delightful. It was also easy to access the coast as well.
With 3 young children, there is a feeling of safety and security. Once inside the grounds of La Noria the children could play in the gardens and we could always see and hear them. The children loved the pool and they met some friends to play with.
The villa was very clean and comfortable and well-maintained.
The caretaker is a lovely lady who welcomes you and knows the area well for any further information you need.

La Noria is a haven on the Cote D'azur.
