This was a last minute trip to the islands and we were so happy with our choice of this condo. Chris is a wonderful person to deal with. She is very professional and makes you feel like youre an old friend. We will definitely be back again! Clean, comfortable, and affordable are a few words I would use to describe this place. Location is convenient to everything, and on site security is a plus. Thanks for everything Chris!
Owner's Response: It is heartwarming now that we have so many of our guests returning for a second or even a third visit.

I tell some of them to "keep the key for next time".

I have made many new friends this way. Who thought that sharing one's home would lead to so many positive experiences.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Virgin Islands, Chris was a great help giving us lots of advice and tips before we went, that really helped. We ate at both the restarunts on the property and ordered Senor Pizza a few times they all where good. The hills sucked the next time we stay in the Virgin Islands we will rent a car but without a car is do able. The pools where amazing we had the entire pool to ourselves except once. Cooki Beach and Saphire Beach where the only beaches we went to and both where beautiful. We did the morning star sail the resort offers I wouldnt do that again but it filled a day. Overall the place was clean and Chris described it as it was, I was lery of it cause I had never used Homeaway before but it turned out great. Thanks Chris!

Point Pleasant -- will stay with Chris again

I was initially going to stay at Sapphire Beach, but after speaking with Chris and noting her profuse knowledge of the island, decided to take the $200 hit to my wallet for cancelling at Sapphire to book with Chris at Point Pleasant. And I’m SO glad I did. The view is simply unmatched – crazy gorgeous. Loved staying at the East End, loved the condo – spacious with a separate bedroom and a huge balcony. The property was nice although I wouldn’t really bother with their beaches, particularly with Lindquist a 2 minute drive away; there are lots of hills (St. Thomas is one big hill rising out of the ocean, so what would you expect!?!), but the restaurants on the property (especially Fungi’s – very reasonable and fun) are fabulous, the pools were nice and there was never anyone but us in them, and Chris was a fountain of useful information. Thanks so much for a wonderful time Chris (and help yourself to all the food we left! – what was I thinking buying so much?). We WILL definitely return! Best vacation ever.

p.s. Check out Morningstar Charters leaving out of Fungi’s. Had a wonderful day on this sailboat to St. John.

Good Decision - the condo!

Let me say that I was a bit skeptical initially making a commitment over the internet/phone. It turned out that everything Chris said was correct. My wife and I had a terrific time. Often when sitting out on the porch reading, I’d look up to see if the view was really that extraordinary. It always was. It was amazing watching the changing light as the sun and the occasional clouds shifted positions. One day we were the beneficiaries of a double rainbow. Nice.

We also decided to do the 3 Britsh VI cruise on the Limnos: certainly a highlight. Wish you well, Chris.

Regards,
Steve

Really enjoyed our time there..people were friendly and getting to places was relatively easy. St. John's a must. Sarah was very helpful and friendly...excellent restaurants right there on the resort. Wish we could have stayed longer.
