My husband and I recently celebrated our honeymoon in NYC and stayed in this absolutely beautiful apartment for four glorious days. Harry was a very gracious and non-intrusive host. The apartment was immaculate and centrally located to many of the major attractions. We felt right at home immediately. After being out sightseeing most of the day, we very much looked forward to coming back to relax and take in the view. The apartment was furnished with all the amenities of home, to include a washer and dryer. Many of my co-workers were anxious to hear about my stay and will definitely consider staying here the next time they are in NYC. We usually make annual trips to NYC, and we will definitely stay here again. Thank you very much for your hospitality Harry.

We travel to New York annually and enjoy apartment living over hotels. This apartment surpasses all that we have experienced. It is impeccably clean, the amenities are beyond anything you might need and of course, there is the extraordinary view.We literally walked everywhere we needed to go. This apartment is the ideal location for your New York vacation. If theater, Times Square and Rockefeller Center are on your agenda, there isn't a better place. The owner goes above and beyond to make your experience enjoyable. Thank you!!

We loved the spacious living areas, well appointed kitchen and the very comfortable bed. The location is great, so close to the theater, transportation, Fifth Ave., and great restaurants. The apartment is furnished in a very comfortable style. It is simply an ideal place, one of the nicest we have ever taken. The high floor made it very quiet. We were surprised and pleased at how big the apartment is. There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment has everything you could need. I had a fantastic time surprising my husband for his 60th birthday and this accommodation could not have been better. Thank you.

We traveled to NYC in April for a 10 day vacation. My husband had never been; I had lived in NYC for 3 months five years ago, and I was excited to show him the city. I wanted our accommodations to be ‘just right’. We could not have asked for anything more than this apartment: we can both just say ‘Wow’! This is the way to see and experience NYC: fantastic apartment, beautifully decorated and furnished (and the kitchen is completely equipped), and clean. And we have left the most important factor for last: the view from this apartment/condo tower cannot be described. We loved watching the boats on the river, the Statue of Liberty, the Empire State Building, and the lights of the city at night. Our host was extremely helpful, providing us with suggestions for restaurants, Broadway shows, museums, and tours. Do yourself a favor: for the price of a good hotel room, you get far more, in a perfect location, and you will live like a New Yorker. We will recommend this apartment to our friends. Yes: 6 Stars!!!

We found this apartment to be immaculate, well situated and we felt very safe. The 24 hour doormen were helpful and friendly. The location is great for tourists. The theater district is exciting and busy. The view is spectacular from the apartment windows. We have already recommended this incredibly well equipped apartment to many friends. If you want to live like rich New Yorkers this is the place to be! I'll visit again.

I just came back from a week’s business trip to NYC and can't rave enough about my experience with this unit and this unit owner. The building location is incredible, and the views from the apartment are better than any hotel I have stayed in while in NY. The bed was super comfortable, the unit was perfectly clean and appointed like a first class hotel. I have to say that after running around NYC on business each day I always looked forward to coming back to the apartment. I do not hesitate recommending this unit, but I fear it will not be available for my next visit. I will check this units availability before I book another hotel in the city!!!
Finally, I have never used VRBO before and feared how the experience would feel next to a hotel. The owner of this unit is amazing as he not only prepares a resource guide to using all the great amenities of the apartment and building, but compiles user friendly notes on sites to see, etc... This was a GREAT experience!

We recently traveled on a trip to New York, and enjoyed the comforts of this condo, which is located two blocks from Times Square. That made it easy to take cabs and subways to shows, shopping & restaurants, and being in the centre of Manhattan made sightseeing an excellent experience! When we returned home to the condo, we liked the calmness we felt, and the peace of mind we felt, thanks to the superb surroundings: Great stereo; the furniture and electronics are excellent; loved the lighting and the kitchen! The living room's city view is unreal & unobstructed, so we just relaxed without any concern from all the noise of the town. The condo's ambiance is calm, the door staff are friendly & excellent, and we had such a positive, happy time staying there. Very welcoming! Definitely recommended. Can't wait to visit again!

Fantastic view, great furnishings, REAL soaking tub, excellent luxury building, the best location ever. And very clean! I shall return…
