Feel like a native New Yorker

We loved this place - extremely clean, comfortable and well appointed apt. Bridget has catered to every need possible - best quality linens, crockery and furnishings and on arrival from a long flight via Hong Kong it was wonderful to receive a warm welcome with tea, coffee and sandwich and breakfast foods supplied.
The neighbourhood is very safe, has lots of cafes, small well-priced restaurants and only 3 blocks to the Lexington/86th subway station and the sights of New York. 86th street has the cross town bus which takes you direct to the museums, and also a large Barnes and Noble books store and movie house. .Also ideally located for the New York Hospital precinct of York & 68th street - 15 minutes brisk walk or $5 taxi ride. The second bedroom is created by a substantial room divider in the living room so not completely enclosed and private - a minor concern for us as 3 individual women travellers.
Highly recommended.
