Very nice and modern apartment, The apartment was clean and the description was accurate. the balcony have a wonderful view south west of the Miami skyline and parts of Biscayne Bay - you can even see the cruise ships coming and going from the ports. Very close to the Hilton, The Grand Doubletree, and the Carnival performing arts center. Walking distance
I rented this studio for a business in downtown. I frequently use the Metro Mover to go to downtown. The Metro Mover was free and there was a new one every few minutes. Having the free wireless in the condo was key for catching up on work emails after the ended of each day. It was great to be able to enjoy the downtown Miami evening skyline from the studio balcony while working. Also the pool area ans the gym are large and kept in top shape.
I recommend this place.

Everything was as described; the view from the 51st floor was amazing! TIP: if you need a taxi go to the hotel across the street where there are cabs waiting 24/7. Perfect location, I would highly recommend staying here.

We planned to go home to Miami to celebrate my Mom's 70th birthday and to see our relatives who live there. After arriving from San Diego, we hoped our vacation condo would be better than staying at a hotel or at some relatives house. Once arriving to the building and meeting the owner (a class act), we realized this place was special. Once we walked up and saw the million dollar view and the condo, my wife and i knew we had picked a gem of a place! The owner was very cordial in explaining all the things the condo offered from the coffee maker in the kitchen to the hair dryer in the bathroom. He told us if we had any issues to contact him. Once he left we stayed about 20 minutes on the balcony just staring at downtown Miami and the beautiful bay. After living in Miami for 30 years, i usually enjoyed Miami from a flat surface and never this high.
The six nights we spent in the condo was spectacular. The central air conditioner was awesome in keeping the place cool when it was in the high 90's outside. The bed was very comfortable and overall the place was very peaceful though some noise could be heard from the outside. The time with our Mom was marvelous but we got a little tired from so many activities with our family. It was great to have this little gem of a condo to come to late at night for a relaxing night's sleep and see Miami like i have never seen her before...from the 51st floor.
In essence, i would recommend this place to anyone and hope we can come back to stay here. Thank you HomeAway for a great vacation and allowing me and my wife to enjoy Miami in such a special way!

We arrived to be completely awed by the view. you can see from the airport to the west to key Biscayne and the Miami sea port, along with all the downtown area.
The condo is about 20 minutes from the airport, it is located within walking distance from downtown Miami and Bayside marketplace. Public transportation available and parking garage if you have a car too.
10 minutes drive and you are in Miami beach.
Beautifully decorated and very convenient, the kitchen has all you need for a quick breakfast and snack. If you feel like cooking you could too. Impeccable pristine condition. I will not stay at any hotel having this place available.
Building common areas are very nice, nice pool and fitness facility. Highly recommended place for business or leisure travel.

I rented this apartment with a friend on a recent vacation to Miami and it was certainly the best value for money we could find. The apartment is clean, modern and spacious. The views from the balcony are very spectacular especially at night time so make sure you have a camera.
We were met on arrival at the apartment by the owners and they were very helpful indeed during our stay. Renting a stay here comes highly recommended.

My husband and I rented this studio apartment for an annual business trip in Miami. In the past, we have always stayed in hotels. This studio is definitely a gem of a find and after spending 4 nights; we are convinced we will never go back to staying in a hotel!!
The apartment was very clean and attractively decorated. The balcony has wonderful views southwest of the Miami skyline and parts of the Biscayne Bay. We especially enjoyed watching the activity on the harbor as cruise ships arrived and departed, the beautiful sunsets, and all the bright lights of the Miami skyline. The views are breathtaking!!
If available, we hope to have the opportunity to rent this studio again next February.

The apartment was great - just as promised! Awesome views from the balcony and overall just a really wonderful apt - much more room than you'd have in a hotel room also! I'd definitely recommend.

Mi esposa y yo estuvimos 14 noches. El apartamento estaba impecable al momento de nuestro arribo, la vista es espectacular tanto de la bahía como de la ciudad. El lugar es muy tranquilo. La ubicación es ideal por que esta cerca de todo. Tuvimos la oportunidad de ir al American Airlines Arena a un juego de basket, usamos el servicio de METRO MOVER (gratuito) para ir hasta alli, luego nos dimos cuenta que puedes ir caminando también.
El edificio tiene seguridad las 24 horas
En otro de los dias decidimos ir hasta el Dadeland Mall y lo hicimos nuevamente en Metro. Tomas el metromover hasta una estacion que se llama Goverment center y alli haces transferencia al METRO RAIL solo tienes que pagar el tramo desde la estacion de Goverment Center hasta North Station que cuesta 2 dolares.
Otro de los dias aprovechamos a visitar a unos amigos que viven en el area de Brickell y nuevamente lo hicimos con el servicio de METRO MOVER.
Para los ultimos siete días rentamos un carro y utilizamos el estacionamiento que esta incluido en la renta. todos los puestos son techados y existen una puerta que solo se abre si tienes la llave. De hecho necesitas esta llave para moverte dentro de las instalaciones del Edificio.
Varias veces visitamos el Bayshore mall que esta al lado del Arena tiene una gran variedad de tiendas, al igual que opciones de comida e incluso mucha vida nocturna.
Fue una muy buena elección que hicimos. El apartamento es muy moderno y cómodo, en un edificio nuevo, con una vista espectacular de la bahia y ciudad, facil de acceder desde cualquier punto de Miami así como para moverse dentro de la ciudad .Las facilidades de estacionamiento, piscina, gimnasio y sauna son muy buenas.
En fin en nuestro próximo viaje, este departamento será una de nuestras primeras opciones para llegar a Miami SIN DUDA
