The BEST rental owners ever!

Review Submitted: August 21, 2009 Date of Stay: August 2009
My husband and 2 toddlers met my mom, dad, little sister and Grandmother "half-way" between TX and GA. The afordability of the house really helped us go and explore all the neet things, like a gator farm with air boat ride, around Biloxi. The house was perfect for us! The 4 bedrooms were a ggod size and the master had plenty of room so set our Pack-n-play for the year-old. The kitchen had all the basics, inlcuding spong and soap. Just a little warning No dish washer but not a big deal for us. One of the bathrooms had a really cool antique style tub I loved. The towels were big and soft and I just can't say enough about the quality of the house and things in it for a privately owned rental home.
The BIGGEST selling point for me was the review I read about the owners and the people that talked about how nice they were did not say enough! The owners were beyond nice and accomidating. We wanted some frest seafood and asked where a good maket was, and she said we could get it from her family. FIRST: They crab boiled blue crab for us, about a dozen, SECOND: We bought frest shirmp for a really good price and THIRD: we made a last minute decision to bring some shirmp home, ordered 10lbs, and they were great about getting it to us.
Also the deposite was returned the day we left.
I can't say enough about the owners and how great they treated us. I know we got the better deal not only in price but quality when compared to the rental condo's in the area. The house was perfect for us, and even though it might not perfect for anyone, as a renter looking around for a vaction rental; think of the quality service and hospitality of the people you will be working with, you can't find better!
Owner's Response: We enjoy having guests like Dawniel and her family. They were very nice.We are so glad they enjoyed their stay and had a good time in Biloxi....

My husband and I and 3 other couples stayed here Oct 7 thur Oct 11 . WE could not have found a better place . The owners Olin& Elaine made us feel very welcome. They were very friendly, and helpful from the first day until we left. The house was large enough for all eight of us to have plenty of room without being in each others way. We each had our own room with plenty of space for all our stuff. they furnished all linens , coffee pot. towels so we didnt have to worry with packing extra. location was great very peaceful ,with fenced in yard so that we could park off the street. We had a great time and will stay there again. I recommend this place to anyone wanting a great and safe place to stay while on vacation . They have a smaller house if you don,t need all the bedrooms.

We really enjoyed our stay in this house, it was deffently plenty of room for the 5 of us and plenty for more. Was great having a washer right there to use. Elaine and Olin were very nice and welcoming and also very helpful at letting us know how to get places and what was good. We will deffently go back if we get the chance. Next time maybe with even more people.
Owner's Response: We enjoyed having Jessica and her family as guest. Her husband is being sent to Afghanistan to fight for our freedom. We are very lucky to have young men like him to lay down their lives for our freedom.God bless him and send him home safe and sound. ThankYall..Olin&Elaine Parker Oleo Estate

Vacation rental with character

Fort C Fort Collins, CO
Review Submitted: July 3, 2008 Date of Stay: May 2008
My wife, daughter, and I stayed here from mid-May to mid-June and we were very lucky to have found it. The house is less than 3 blocks to the beach and casinos and is less than 2 blocks to a Vietnamese restaurant and a fantastic bakery with a large assortment of pastries for less than $1 a piece. The house is situated on a large lot with plenty of shade from a 400 year old oak tree. We like to spend a lot of time outdoors and having the large yard for my daughter to play in was fantastic. The owners are both natives to the area. Their son owns a shrimping boat and upon his return from a trip to sea we were given 4 pounds of large fresh caught gulf shrimp. Elaine and Olin (the owners) even prepared the shrimp for the pot and showed us how to cook them. I can't imagine any other rental property meeting the needs of a family or group as well as Oleo Estates does.
