Perfectly located

We have stayed in Chiado apartments at Rua do Carmo 15 for 9 days. The
apartment was beautiful, spacious and very well-equipped, the location was
extremely convenient, and the view out of the windows was great.
The apartment exceeded our expectations. This is so much more comfortable than a hotel. Thanks.

The location is extremely convenient for transportation everywhere and the shopping center across the street is a life-saver for a parent - they give out balloons to kids, have an ice-cream stand and many food choices.

We are Australians living in Madrid and we stay regularly in apartments in cities all over Europe. There are two things that differentiate this apartment from most - firstly, the size. It's very generously sized for five people. Secondly, the generosity and enthusiasm of the owner. Felipe is professional, welcoming and genuine in his desire for visitors to enjoy Lisbon. We strongly recommend this apartment.

We love this apartment even more after our second stay, which will not be the last. What we like most is the light that floods in through high windows, which seems to take in the whole sky. We also appreciate to have a landlord like Filipe, easy to get in touch with, always willing to help, generous with advise and assistance. Then it's the furniture and equipment - all is selected with a sence of quality and with taste, everything cleen and inviting. The building and the buildings around also have a unique architectural quality, rebuilt under supervision of Alvaro Siza. The location is fabulous, right in the middle of Chiado, itself a sight for it's urban elegance with a historic, unikely lisboetan touch and cafes with wonderful pasteis de natas. From Chiado there are just minutes by foot to main sights in the old centre, either it's the Bairro Alto, The Praca do Commercio, the Avenida, or the Baixa. The metro is two minutes away, the Rossio station five minutes, Cais do Sodre maybe ten - one metro stop. Trams to Belem from Praca de Figuera are five minutes away, the famous 28 tram three minutes up Rua Garret a.s.o. If you plan to live in an apartment during your visit to Lisbon: you won't regret a stay here.

This is simply one of the most beautiful, convenient and accomodating rentals we have ever experienced. The neighborhood is classy and very quiet at night, located on a pedestrian- only street. There is Fado music during the day- delightful. The grocery, Pingo Dolce is two blocks away and there are several fine food specialty shops nearby also. We like to cook! This was our ffith visit to Lisbon, so we didn't do much sight-seeing, just a lot of good walks, cooking, and a few meals out. Lisbon offers some of the best restaurant food anywhere, at all price levels. I highly endorse this property!

The apartment far exceeded that which the pictures had led me to expect. Every appliance worked without a hitch and the apartment was comfortable and charming. The location is excellent and the views from the windows divine. In short, it was ideal. Thank you so much for making my Lisbon holiday perfect!

Appartment was great in all aspects! Location, views, furniture, cleaness. Location is the best in town, very sunny and bright.
It has everything you need. Filipe even supplied us with very usefull guide, mobile phone, computer.
Great for 2 couples or parents with kids.
If we ever come back to Lisbon, we would love to stay there again.

Filipe provided us with a wonderful apartment for our stay over Christmas. We stay in apartments regularly and this is the best ever. It had all the extra little touches included - everthing from maps suggestions, cooking ingredients...... The location is fantastic, the apartment is very clean, big and had lots of extra little touches not usually provided.. Filipe met us at the apartment and was warm and friendly and even phoned during the week to offer help if needed. It was a wonderful place to stay - we highly recommend it.
