Nettie's Nautical Nook was absolutely amazing,charming,relaxing, um i am running out of descriptive words.......my family loved it as well as myself. The house was very easy to find directly off A1A , as well as very well kept and clean. The house was so homey it has all the amentities of a regular home.You will have no problem feeling right at home here. I loved that I was very close to the beach and so did my children. The owners are very down to earth and were very efficient in making sure everything was set for us when we where there. I would definaitly recommend it to my friends and family. I will be returning there in the future. I was very pleased as well as how easy it was to find your way around here. I had no problem finding any stores or attractions that we visited while we where there. Again I will be back. If your looking for just a place to have some R&R this is your place its very laid back and relaxed just plain peaceful. I loved it!

I would like to thank youfor renting us such a beautifiul home so close to the beach and good fishing(about a block north on A1A). The house was, like you said, in a nice, quiet neighborhood away from the touristy downtown Daytona Beach, yet still under 10 minutes to get there too. Plenty of amenities in the certainly met all our needs and wants. The beaches were pristine and never too packed, and the folks around there very friendly. My wife and thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back in the future.

This place was just fabulous, we even got the chance to see our very first space shuttle, right from the beach, just a 2 min. walk. The house was very clean and very well stocked with everything, all we needed were our suitcases. We will definitely be back and VERY SOON!! We have already booked for next yr, but we are already in competition for that wk!

We arrived at this lovely vacation home which was everything the owners said it would be, particularly VERY CLOSE to the beach! We really did reach the beach in under 2 min. like they said!. That was totally awesome since we both love the beach SO much! The house was great, well maintained with a well stocked kitchen even essentials for my husband, the fisherman! We so enjoyed the ability to fish right from the house and then bring it back and enjoy a fresh fish dinner. The house is SO clean and we were amazed that we did not even need to bring our beach towels! There were beach umbrellas and even a small cart to take everything you need for the day to the beach. Even coolers and ice paks for my husband the mad fisherman! The beachside pool was terrific and what a great time we had playing volleyball right on the beach along with shuffleboard with some friends we met! Everyone is great here at this beachside resort pool and it is truly private as they said. So many other places we stayed at said they were close to the beach and we arrived to find out it was at least a 15 min. walk to beachside access in the FL. heat! Uh! We have already talked with the owners for a return vacation in the VERy near future! They are extremely easy to work with even in this tough economy. We hope everyone will read this and truly enjoy this little beach house, it truly is filled with a lot of love and caring for every guest just as the owners promised!

We stayed at this place several times over the past few years. We continue to return each year and don't look for any other facility. As this house far exceeded our expectations. It was very clean well stocked everything you need in the kitchen towles etc. It is a very short easy walk to the beach. It is a wonderful area with lots of nice restraunts and very friendly people in neighborhood. Also many exciting atractions all in under a hour drive. their is also a wonderful pool close by. We would highly recomed this spot to anyone looking for a nice quiet get away.

We visited this house in March of 2009 and were recommended by friends how spectacular it was being so close to the beach and at a magnificent beachside pool!!We certainly picked a great place. The house is exceptionally clean and well stocked. We did not even have to bring a beachtowel, we had boogie boards, beach chairs and even beach coolers to take our lunch to the park or the beachside pool. They even had ice in the freezer for the cooler. One of the most amazing things these owners thought of was a wine and cheese basket filled with so many goodies for our honeymoon experience, too numberous to mention!! THey were so helpful and so great to deal with. We really enjoyed the fireplace unit in the livingroom our first night just sipping wine and cheese and delicasies from the basket they provided. We could just turn on the fireplace unit and the heater unit in the fireplace unit and it was awesome. It was a bit chilly the first eve. we arrived. We never imagined these owners could be so thoughtful.They have someone to greet you if you have any questions or concerns. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood and neighbors surrounding us were so pleasant and friendly! The house has 3 bedrooms and the new bedroom they just put in is totally awesome with internet access and a large screen TV, it led right out to our own private patio area! We spent many eves. enjoying their DVD selections provided. The kitchen was so well stocked. We got in late in the evening and an outside light was on for us already. The owners even provided coffee w/creamer and so wonderful muffins for us in the morning so we did not even have to go out to get anything in the morning. The park is about 400 ft. from the house and it did take us about 2 min. to get to the public beach access ramp, just like they said! The park even has munchy items if you wish to get some lunch at the park. That was just the greatest! We had visited Ormond by the Sea, before and other owners had told us they were close to the beach only to discover we had to walk a 1/2 mile just to get to public beach access. Not this place The beachside pool was heated and is so quiet and relaxing, we spent many hours there just walking the beach and then coming back to the pool for a swim. We even took our picnic lunches down there one day and grilled hot dogs on the poolside grille. Everyone at the poolside area was so friendly and it is definitely family oriented .We have already booked again for next year

warm and cozy, feels like home as soon as you arrive. efficient and well equipped. owners are friendly and very accommodating .neighbors are very friendly.you will be pleasantly surprised by your stay here. loved our stay wish it was longer.would definitely go back again. we would definitely recommend this house to our friends. it's everything they said it was and more. thanks for a great vacation.

This house exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and as described in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. It was exactly located as described. The neighbors were friendly and helpful. Amenities were more than we could have asked for. Shopping for needs and groceries was very convenient. Local restaraunts had good food and great service. Was close to many attractions. We would recommend this house to any of our friends or family. The owners were very helpful with any and all information we needed and was available throughout our stay if needed. We loved our vacation and the children said it was the best ever. Our only dissapointment was we had to leave. Thanks to all involved.
