Reviews of Property: Ocean Front on the Sand With Access to Club 33

We did alot of research before deciding on where to stay in Laguna Beach. We chose this condo because it was right on the beach and with 4 children, aged 12, 10, 7 and 4, this seemed like a perfect location. In deed it was! Everything about it was perfect! If you get up early in the morning while the tide is in, the water comes right under the deck and seems like you are on a cruise ship! The apartment itself was beautiful and spacious and had everything you could ever need! The beds were extremely comfortable. We all had such a wonderful time! What I wouldn't do to live this life every day... Thank you Nick for renting to us and for setting us up at Club 33! We can hardly wait to come back again!

My family and I stayed here Oct 7-11th, 2008 and had an absolutely amazing time. We've been to Laguna Beach before and these were by far the best accomodations at a great price. The sunsets were breathtaking, and we fell asleep to the sound of the waves every night. We love Laguna, and have now found a home away from home. Thanks again for everything! Lindsay (and family)

We stayed for 1 week. Great place on the beach. Cannot get any closer to the water than this place. Kids enjoyed club 33 and disneyland. Can walk to all the restaurants nearby. Will definitely come back again.

This place is awesome! We searched and searched for just the right house to serve as the place for a week of family vacation and the site for my 50th birthday party. This was certainly it. The view and location are fabulous. Although we told friends and family who planned to visit that the place is right on the sand, everyone still gasped as they walked inside. It's not just right on the sand but perfectly close to the water. Once out on the balcony we never wanted to leave. The interior of the house is lovely and very well-equipped. The bed in the master bedroom is the most comfortable we've ever slept in. With the down comforter, it was like slipping into a cocoon. The owner was so very helpful and easy-going, especially in assisting with special requests related to my birthday party. We're already saving up for a return visit!
