Our Stay

My overall experience of this property was good. I was a little dissapointed with the lack of small things such as T-towels/dish cloth and basic things such as salt & pepper. Also, there were no pool toys and my experience of renting many villas was that someone always leaves pool toys behind for the next visitors. Not sure if the rental agents remove all this type of stuff but it meant I had to go and buy a whole load of toys on the first day there and leave them behind when I left. Whilst we were there the pool was maintained twice but not very well. All our things were lifted off the ground but the deck was not cleaned and there was still quite a bit of dirt in the bottom of the pool. The pool safety fence was great as we have two small children.

All that aside, the villa was very comfortable and a very reasonable price, I just felt it lacked the personal touch I have experienced in previous villas.

Owner's Response: In a positive response I have received the following feedback for our local agents.

We have recently stopped leaving pool toys for many reasons. The first is because most owners want them removed as they get moldy and attract bugs and pests. Secondly pool toys do present a liability issue if left in the pool area.

A few years ago a young child drowned in a pool because they attached an inflatable toy to their ankle. It was found that if the toy was purchased by the guest it would be their responsibility, as opposed to one left there that could be a liability for the owner.

We were not informed about the tea towels, but if they were there before they probably were in the drawers. If not they could have called us and we would have delivered some within an hour or so.

As we always precheck each home before the guest arrives, we also check the pool and pool area. The pool is cleaned once a week and not every day. Unfortunately it was raining constantly during the time of the guestsstay and even after a few hours of hard rain debris can wash onto the deck. Sometimes, even a day later after steady rain going through the screens, a pool may look like it needs a slight clean again. This is just something we do the best we can with, but it’s not a perfect situation. If we had heard from the guest during their stay we could have sent the pool guy back to at least explain this to the guests.

We would always encourage guests to contact our local agents immediately as they are only located 5 minutes away and are always on call to resolve and small issues that may occur during a stay.

Very clean, good location

My husband, my 3 year old and I have just come back from spending 9 days at this property. We found that the villa was very clean, the beds were comfortable, it had plenty of space, it was easy to find and it was in a great location for all of the parks. A good selection of supermarkets and restaurants are all close by. Sally was extremely helpful when I booked the holiday and the managing agents in Florida helped instantly with a small issue we had whilst we were there.

As has been mentioned before, the only slight downside is the lack of internet connection at the property. Checking in to flights online is pretty much expected these days and finding an intenet cafe wasn't easy. The other thing to note is that the police are always on the road off which the villa is located (27) and seemed very keen to catch speeding tourists!!

My husband and I, along with three other people travelling with us, stayed at this villa for 10 days while touring around the Orlando area. I was initially nervous about booking a place sight unseen, but Sally was wonderful to deal with and the villa surpassed all our expectations. The rooms are very spacious and the pool is a wonderful place to soak in after a long day at the parks. We are already thinking about planning another vacation and we would definitely stay here again. We all highly recommend this property.

This house was big enough for a party of 3 and the additional space makes this home even more enjoyable. The house was very clean and cool. The pool was very nice and relaxing. The garage was very nice to keep the car in on those hot days. The only problem was that there was poor wireless internet connection. Restaurants, library, grocery stores, and attractions were all in reach. This was our first time booking a villa. Sally was very nice and understanding. The booking transaction went very smoothly. I would definately recommend this villa to other vacationers. Thanks Sally :)

My wife took 2 of our daughters and our 3 (US) grandkids to do the Disney / Sea World thing all last week and I joined them for a couple of days. We rented the Sanders home and it was just right for us - the location is close to the attractions, plus plenty of closeby shopping and restuarants. We do the Orlando visit most every year, as we have family here and in Australia when they visit and have rented from UK owners the last couple of times and it has worked out well. Highly recommend this property for a relaxing vacation.

Perfect, clean, house with sleeps up to 10.
Towels and room/space enough.
Good situated, easy.
6 chairs around the diner table, 4 chairs outsite and a small table, 2 pool beds, 6 seats on the bank in the living room and 3 seats/bed. So if you want to spent your time with more then 6 persons please go to the WallMart and buy chairs!
Because the house is situated in a lower part of the park there is no connection with the telephonecompagny or internet. You must go to the higher parts of the park.
Perfect service by owner Sally.
When we go again to Orlando we sure will rent this house again.

We staid with 4 persons in the house and used it only for sleep and recreation.
Good connections with the highways and all the parks and Outlets.
From the airport 25 miles or about 30 minutes by car.
