We were looking for a nice condo for a vacation in August. My wife and I wanted to take my 16 year old daughter and her best friend on vacation. We had tickets to the Dodgers, Padres and Knotts Berry Farms. My wife has to see everything. We toured the beaches,went shopping ate at great restaurants. This place is fabulous. Great barbeque, great kitchen. The kids had a great time. We had a great time. We have recommended this place to all our friends and then some. Very safe and secure gated community. Everything you want to do in Southern California is easily within driving distance. Our new home away from home...no more hotels. Thanks.

Last fall, when we had a reason to visit Irvine for some training, we decided to stay in a condo near the beach rather than stay in those fancy hotel chains. Of course my company would have paid the cost. But we needed a nice place to stay rather than just one room. Also my wife wanted us to eat at home rather than spend all our money on restaurants. We wanted to be near the beach too.
We just happened to come across this property thru google search and we were really happy with it. Very spacious. Had a nice big TV with every conceivable channel you need. Also we had a nice internet connection and with my router I was able to make two or three connections for all our computers. What a relief from those 12.95/day, you have to pay in those fancy hotels.
So we had multiple connections for internet, 2 TVs for movies. Dana Point beach is one of the best beaches within walking distance if you want to walk but 2 minute drive by car.
I used the Gym and Fitness place every day and every day except for one day we cooked at home and had healthy meals.
What else can you hope for. This was a nice place and I would recommend this to all my friends.

We stayed one week over new years eve in that nice equipped condo. We felt immeadetly home after our first steps to the condo. Everything was as described and even better. The rooms are well sized and all furniture and equipped is in good condition. We will come back to Dana Point one day and also to the appartment. Beach is close by, also the supermarket. Easy access to I5 and to San Diego, LA and LA airport. Driving time to Disney around 45 minutes. We had a relaxing days!

Lovely condo in upscale area--The condo is nicely appointed with granite countertops in the kitchen and all the amenities needed to enjoy a vacation near the beach. The walk to the beach takes you through an upscale neighborhood onto a beautiful path through the Monarch golf course, about a mile walk total. The scenery is great and the walk is great exercise. The location of the condo is ideal--right on the border between Laguna and Dana Point. Close to shopping and restaurants, ideal for driving to various beaches and attractions. A big added plus---the traffic is very light in the area around the condo (excluding Laguna). Easy to get out and about.
