We’ve been here a week (including our teenage sons) and we have a week to go except we could stay here for another year and still not want to go home. We’ve been renting summer villas for over a decade now and have never come across a vacation rental quite like this one!
The warm welcome Howard gave us upon arrival set the tone for the whole holiday. The house was so well prepared for us, spotlessly clean and a fresh bowl of wonderful fruit waiting in the kitchen. Howard put the preparation down to Lily’s efforts by the way!
The house is just perfect. Set into a leafy suburb that makes even the short drive to the Highway a complete pleasure. The inside of the house has everything you could wish for. High ceilings, bright rooms all decorated in a neutral relaxed palette. A generous set of towels, spacious rooms with plenty of closet space complete with hangers! Shampoo. soap, cleaning products and kitchen extras all provided. The games console kept our boys busy and we found a selection of DVD’s to use as well. Our favorite feature was not the comfy beds or fabulous showers but the intercom that operates throughout the house to round up our crew when it was time to go out!
The garden area boasts both covered and open areas with plenty of seating. The pool is probably the nicest one we’ve ever seen with steps going down to a suitably shallow end for our 4 year old and a really deep end for our teenagers. It’s perfect for doing laps as well if you can get the kids out the way first. Both the pool and the garden were beautifully maintained.
We ventured out most days and found we were close enough to just about everywhere. Miami has so much to offer including shopping, water activities, beaches, eating, museums and much more. So far our visit to Miami zoo remains top of our list.
Howard has been a star and readily available when we’ve needed advice. He’s not just an agent but a fabulous host with Lily by his side. In fact, as I’m writing this I wonder why I’m selling this rental so hard in case it won’t be available when we want to come again.
Cannot recommend this house highly enough.

Best Value and Most Fun You'll Find!

Eight of my closest friends and I recently spent a long weekend (Thursday thru Sunday) at this location; and it was easily one of (if not the) best places we've ever been visited. The location is fantastic: you are 15 miles from south beach and 5 miles from the coast; and yet, the house is nestled into a quiet neighborhood with 24 hour security. Entertainment: we had monsoon like conditions for two of our days, but this house kept us busy rain or shine. With a game room, poker room, ping pong table, tennis court, pool and more; we did not have a moment of boredom. Price: we looked for 2 months and talked to literally hundreds of house owners in the south Florida area, and this house blew the others away when it came to price versus amenities, space and beds. In addition, Howard did an amazing job of making sure all needs were met at a moments notice. It felt like we had our own concierge. If you are looking for a family getaway spot, a place to just relax with some friends or the perfect bachelor/bachelorette party house...this is the place!

***Perfect Vaction Rental***

Our group of 9 just returned from our Miami vaction, and couldn't have found a better or more perfect vacation rental property for our stay. This was our first stay here, but was so enjoyable we will be back! The very private house, served us with all of the amenities we could have needed, and is ideal large groups and entertainment. this Property has everything neccesarry for a great time during your stay; private pool, tennis court, poker table, ping pong table, and much more! Lots of activities were close by, and we even were able to easily venture as far as South Beach for the night without much trouble. Howard was eager to please, although we had very little need for assistance as just about everything was already available. Excellent set-up and was very comfortable, with room for plenty of people in your party. It is also a excellent value relative to other properties in the area. Our group is already talking about returning to the property next year! Thanks Howard for everything!

Great Place for Family Vacations

We recently rented this property to accommodate our family for a wedding being held in Miami. This property exceeded all of our expectations! Our relatives came from around the globe like Vancouver, Toronto, Dallas, London (UK), and all 13 of them thought the house was perfect. We had everything we needed. A full service kitchen, which was great and economical since we had some very good cooks in the family, plus the supermarket is only 10 min. away. Everyone really enjoyed the waterfall pool. Most of the time we sat by the pool to talk and eat. To burn off some of the calories, there are some great activities we used like the ping pong table, the tennis court and the mountain bikes that were provided. The accommodations were great, we made use of the 2 sofa beds for the extra guests. An overlooked amenity that was great to have is the office with 2 computers, printer and internet. It was nice to print out maps, get directions and book tours to the places we wanted to get to. Our family enjoyed the neighborhood also, especially seeing all the mango trees as you drive down the street. They even managed to pick some of them and make a mango salsa out of it with the new blender that Howard was kind enough to replace. The property is very private, cozy and close by to the beaches and city. It was well maintained, clean and very spacious. Howard is a great host and took care of all our needs. We look forward to having more great vacations there in the future.

Our group of 12 adults just returned from having a great time renting this property. This is the 15th consecutive year that our group has vacationed together all over the country, and we felt that this home was in our top 3 of favorite places we have ever stayed. The house has tons of space, is very private (we are not exactly quiet), and has an ideal set-up for relaxation and entertainment. Between the resort quality pool, immaculate tennis court, poker table, late night ping pong matches, and spectacular southern Florida weather, we had plenty to do without leaving the premises. Of course, lots of activities were close by, and we even were able to easily venture as far as South Beach for the night without much trouble. Howard was eager to please, although we had very little need for assistance as just about everything we needed was readily available. The set-up is very comfortable for up to10 adults, with room to squeeze in 2-3 others. It would also work well for 2 families vacationing together with children. It is also a great value relative to other properties in the greater Miami area. Our group is already talking about returning to the property next year!

We rented Howard & Lily's marvelous home for our parents 50th anniversary. There were 12 of us in total, which included 4 children ranging in age from 4 to 14. At not time did we ever feel like we didn't have enough room. the house is so spacious and every single door & winder opens to the beautiful outside! The house was exactly as stated on the Homeaway website. The size of the home and the beautiful backyard made it perfect for our family vacation. Would be a fabulous house for 5 or 6 couples looking for a place to go and relax. Not everything went absolutely perfect, we had a couple of little issues, but Howard's prompt attention to the things that went wrong and his concern for our families satisfaction was much appreciated. I would highly recommend the house to friends and in fact, already have. I personally, would love to go back. We were able to go to beautiful restaurants in Southbeach, our nieces went to the Zoo, we went for ice cream & espresso in Coconut Grove, shopping to Sawgrass Mills Mall, the house is so conveniently located to everything and, the weather was wonderful. The house does need a good barbecue! But as I understand, that is being addressed since we have left the house. Again, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay inspite of the couple of little glitches. We just returned from a fantastic family vacation. I would like to personally thank Howard & Lily for their gracious hospitality in ensuring all of our questions and needs were addressed.
There are too many great details to describe in a short review about how perfect your home was for our vacation and entertainment needs. The pool, ping pong table, poker table, bikes, tennis court, not to mention ample room inside and out. Even with 8 adults and 3 children (under 3) we never felt like we were on top of each other. We even canceled many day trips just so we could stay and play in the background.
It truly felt like we were at a resort with no other guests.

Mas, seguramente, voltaremos e nao somente durante o inverno, mas também no verao, primavera e feriados.
