Reviews of Property: Detached Villa with Private Swimming Pool

The villa offers first class accomodation - everything you would need has been thought of.

We found the garden lovely and the pool was a fabulous size for a family. It was nice that inflatables were available for use as these can often be expensive to buy or bulky to take with you.

Derek and his wife, who manage the villa, can only be decribed as extremely friendly and were only too willing to help with any queries.

It is a fair walk to the central plaza but we felt this offered some superb restaurants at very reasonable prices - be warned that not all accepted credit cards for payment so do check before ordering your food if you don't carry much cash!

The property was a little more overlooked than I thought it would be but this did not cause a problem.

Overall, we had a fantastic 2 weeks and i would not hesitate to recommend the villa to others.

My family 2 adults,3 children stayed in this lovely villa in August we were shown around by Derek and Janet the agents who look after the villa on behalf of the owners. There was a lovely welcome pack waiting which was most appreciated.The villa is lovely it has everything you could need (incl sky tv for those child chill moments)the villa has a lovely enclosed garden with a pool area with plenty of room. Having had problems with a different villa the year before we were worried. Well we shouldnt have been the area is very quiet, with easy access to restaurants and shops.
This was a lovely clean villa in a very nice area we would recomend this villa to everyone.

Derek the agent and his wife were so friendly and helpful to us the whole way through the holiday, helped us get to the villa, arranged taxis for us, took us to the supermarket and generally made the holiday a pleasure! The villa is lovely, you can ask for nothing more especially at such a reasonable price. We particularly loved the terrace, garden and pool. An all round fab holiday! Thanks very much

We stayed at this villa in June, the villa was very nice and had everything as stated on the website. Pool area was great but be careful if you have small children with you as the tiled floor gets slippery when wet.

Villa is ideal for those with children as all rooms are on one level so they can happily walk about without having to worry about steps. Our 15 month old loved that he could walk from bedroom to bedroom.

Villa location is good, lots to do in the area.

We just came back from this lovely villa and we must say that it is fantastic!
Extremely clean, peaceful and well located. Excellent for a family with children as a cot and high chair were provided at no extra cost. Derek and Janet look after the villa for the owners and do an extremely good job. They are very nice people who took care of us while we were there. Excellent welcome pack.
In general, an excellent villa, really comfortable with lovely gardens and an amazing swimming pool.

I stayed at the Villa in Sept 08 with my Dad and Brother. The Villa is immaculate and furnished to a high standard it had everything we needed during our stay, it is ideally located close to 3 Golf courses in Villamartin, and only approx 10 mins by car to the beach. The swimming pool was well cared for and plenty big enough, ample sun loungers and a lovely terrace & patio area to eat breakfast and evening meals. Derek and Janet who look after the property were very helpfull, it was reasuring to know that they both were there if we needed any help. I would reccomend this Villa.

The villa is is fitted to a very high standard, and its clear to see that money is invested back in to the home to keep it modern.

The whole property was immacualte on arrival, and even the outside is kept very clean. It is a perfect size for 4, but 6 would not be uncomfortable, as it has a large living space

With 2 children, we spent most of the 2 weeks in the pool (thanks Derek for keeping it clean!)

I think the plaza is further away than described, however only 5 mins in car. Once there, there is plenty of choice of restaurants, and we had plenty of lovely meals there, in a very relaxed environment.

Thanks to Derek's recommendation who looks after the villa, we even went to a spanish owned restaurant in San Miguel de salinas. They were very welcoming, and enjoyed the meal there.

We all had a fantastic holiday, as i think most people would here. We hope to visit again soon.

Villa was better than described. As soon as we walked in we knew we had made a good choice. It was very clean and well maintained.The pool and grounds were immaculate. We ate at the plaza which houses approx 20 restaurants. JUN restaurant was excellent value for money. The go-kart track proved to be a big hit with the boys!!
Derek and Janet met us on arrival and were extremely helpful during the duration of our holiday. They were on hand if needed and had great knowledge of the area. They are really lovely people. I would definately recommend this property to family and friends
