Wonderful stay

For everybody who is looking for a clean, stylish, just perfect place in one of the best neighborhoods in LA, should not hesitate to contact the owner and rent the place.
I rented the apartment for myself and never had to be scared in case I arrived late at night. The place is quiet and in walking distance to Sunset Blvd with it's great bars and restaurants. Close on Santa Monica is even a supermarket, asian take away and a lot more.
The apartment is nicely furnished and completely functional. You just feel at home (or even better?). At your arrival you will find some pretty welcome gifts. Ways better than any hotel.
Eugene is a attentively and does really care, that your stay is without any problems.
The parking yes, it's small, but I had a Ford Edge and could anyway easyly park inside. Otherwise just look for a spot on the street.
Whenever I should come back to LA, I will stay there.

Tis apartment rental is so good, comfort, situation, in town,landlord more than helpfull, equipment more than complete, up to slippers, beach towels for the pool, welcome coffee,purified refrigerated water bottles etc...etc.. I don't know where to start! the list is long,long, you will miss NOTHING AT ALL! Actually more than you need!
I can only say that I hope to return, soon, as soon as I can....

Exellent Holiday Condo

I would highly recomend this place if you are going to Hollywood/LA area. It is in the best location surrounded by clubs, bars and restaurants but on a quiet residential street. Its close to all the famous attractions and easy to get around without a car as we didnt have one!
the Condo itself is beautiful, very clean with everything you need and a fantastic pool. we even stayed for an extra night! i will be returning next year definitely!!

This was a great condo in the middle of everything! It was so easy to get around from here, by foot or by car, and felt very safe doing so. Set in a nice secure and quiet building, this place is great for all! Will definately book again!
Note: Garage space is tight - go small if renting vehicle! (they do supply you with a street permit too!)

I stayed in this apartment for 3.5 weeks during July/August and found the place to be perfect. From the welcoming gifts (simple things like coffee, toiletries etc) to the pool and the beautiful decor, I can not stress enough how perfect this place is to stay. It is so conveniently located to anything you will need in the West Hollywood/Hollywood/LA region. It was spotless from the time I arrived, and the little luxuries like the welcome gift, high thread count sheets and numerous towels make all the difference! This spacious apartment puts all hotels to shame! I would recommend anyone and everyone to stay here be it a day, or a month when in the West Hollywood region! :)
