I lived in NY for many years before moving to Florida, but I have never experienced NY until I rented this apartment. It's convenient location made everything easily accessible. The sights, museums, restaurants, shopping are all within a short distance. The apartment is roomy, well equiped and cleaned SPOTLESS. The view is so incredible, makes you want to sit on the balcony and enjoy. I saw a lot of photos of the apt, but it still took my breath away when I got there. I have now found a new place to stay in NY, when I come up for a visit. Thank you for allowing me and the rest of my family to enjoy our vacation in this wonderful apartment! I will definitely rent this apartment again.

This apt. comes very highly recommended from myself and the four others in our party. It was well stocked with extra linen and kitchen utensils. My only suggestion would be a few more glasses for the kitchen. The views are to die for in this amazing apt, we watched a bright pink/orange sunset every evening from the balcony, and rushed home to make sure we were there for it.....Thanks Ayaka for a great trip! The doormen are a little on the grumpy side though!! The ladies from montana

What a location! And, what superb views from every room! Jojo our 3yr old grandson loved watching the activities on the river and especially the liners sailing in and out. Even the 9 mth old loved it - crawling in and out of every room!
A very well equipped apartment, we couldnt ask for more! Beautiful decor, we loved Mary's beautiful paintings. This apartment is fantastic for any age group. The doormen were very polite and friendly at all times.
Jojo loved the blow-up bed, thank you Ayaka and thank you Vajra for all your help and advice, not forgetting Yuri for welcoming us.
We had four fantastic days in your beautiful apartment. We will most definitely be recommending it to our friends and family and hope to return some day. Thank you and Vinaka Vaka Levu as we say in Fijian.

Just What We Wanted

This place is perfect for two couples, as it has two bedrooms with two bathrooms... full kitchen... living room with cable TV....
Fantastic VIEWS at night... that was by far my favourite the view of Manhattan at night... you are two flights of stairs away from the wonderfull Rooftop Terrace.
Location is roughly 25min walk to Times Square or a $4.90 cab ride... Columbus Circle is an 18 minute walk... where you can catch the subway or stroll in to Central Park!
I have all ready reccommended this place to friends...
Hope you Enjoy it as much as we did... oh and if you have a car, parking is only $20 a night comapred to hotels and other parking garages that charge $55... this place is very well kept and well groomed!
We'll be back! :)

The condo exceeded our expectation. It was unbelievable. Very large unit with outstanding views of the city and the Hudson. Good location. Being at the top of the high rise, it was very quiet. I highly recommend this place. Can't wait to return!

Fab views from this superb midtown apartment

This apartment has a great location, in a quieter part of the city, and has fabulous views from all rooms. Just a short walk to Central Park and just a little further to Times Square. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby, including Hell's Kitchen, but why would you need to eat out when you can order take-away to be speedily delivered to your door and admire the fantastic view from your dining table? The apartment has everything you could need, including ample towels and offers super showers.
We had a fantastic time surprising my father-in-law for his 60th birthday and this accommodation could not have been better. Thank you.

Pictures Don't Do This Apartment Justice!

The view is just amazing. We loved the spacious living areas, well appointed kitchen and the very comfortable beds. The location was great, so close to everything we wanted to see. The furnishings were absolutely perfect, very comfortable. It is simply an ideal place, one of the nicest I’ve seen. The high floor made it very quiet. One surprise was how roomy this apartment is. The dining area was big enough for our entire family and guests. We especially enjoyed the river view and were able to watch the sun setting every evening. There was even a little balcony. Our hosts thought of everything to make us feel comfortable and at home in the city. This place is immaculate! We will certainly be back!
