The place is exactly as pictured with an amazing view of the pool and ocean. Paradise is literally just steps away. At night, you can relax to the sound of the waves lulling you to sleep. The place is spacious and well kept, same goes for the grounds. Lia is extremely proactive in taking care of her guests and made sure our experience was a good one. There's lots of little eateries near by as well as corner stores, so everything is easily accessible. The complex was well taken care of, safe, quiet, and had friendly staff - Lia, you got our business next time we're headed to Juan Dolio! Thanks!

The apartment is exactly as listed with a beautiful beachfront view from the balcony. The apartment is clean and spacious even for 4 people. The pool and the beach are just steps away. It’s quite and peaceful with the only sounds coming from the ocean. This was my first time staying in Juan Dolio and I can't wait to go back. I definitely recommend staying in Lia’s paradise. Thanks for everything.

The property was as expected, nice view, pool and lovely beach, very quiet. Everything very clean and neat. The owner and housekeeper always checking if we were ok or needed anything, but everything was fine. I certainly recomend it, and hope to visit again. Thank you.

Great place for short or long getaway

Stayed with my family (wife and baby daughter) for 3 days, great place!! the property is just as described: very clean and well cared. The owner was very interested in making our stay as good as possible, and arranged for the maid to be present if we had any issues, which we didn't. The complex facilities are very good, the pool is great and the beach is awesome. I recommend this place if you plan on staying in Juan Dolio.

The Resort and condo were both beautiful and spotless. The view from the balcony was great. A huge beach and the blue blue water. You could sit by the pool, sit under a palm tree for shade or sit right next the water. Ther is plenty of room to do what you please. Its paradise. Enjoy!!!

If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful, luxurious vacation this is certainly the spot for you. A private beachfront area and pool is steps away from the beautiful condo accomodations. This condominium is also a 40 minute drive from the capital, which is full of sightseeing opportunities. Across the street from Costa Del Soul is a tour company that can take you horseback riding, boating, fishing etc,.
Everything was exactly like it was listed. There is even a snack bar in the lobby of the condo complex so you don't have to leave during the day. It does close at 8pm, however there are really good restaurants close by such as El Concon. They serve traditional Dominican food as well as really good seafood and Italian. Our experience here was a wonderful one and we definitely plan on returning! Thanks Lia for your amazing accommodations!
