Absolutely perfect!

We were in the process of building a new home and needed a place to stay after we sold our previous home. Our five-week stay at Ocean Villa could not have been more comfortable or relaxing. Pam and Paul are wonderful hosts and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.
Having two grown children with us for the stay required enough space to accomodate everyone, and with two full bathrooms along with two bedrooms, everything fit our needs.
With a small shopping village just a 5 minute stroll from the suite, we never felt pressured to prepare in advance for our daily requirements. With a major grocery store (Safeway), a Starbucks, a pizza place and a fabulous deli among the many stores, we felt right at home.
The suite is fully contained, with all the kitchen utensils you could ever want (even an electric can opener). The living room area and bedrooms are very comfortable. We really enjoyed the gas fireplace in the living room, and it was nice to have a large dining table in the kitchen.
Easy access to the highway, a quiet and enjoyable neighbourhood only a few minutes to the beach, and daily visits from Sammy (the house dog) made our visit memorable and absolutely perfect!

We lived in Ocean Villa for 4 months after emigrating to Vancouver. We found the landlords welcoming on our arrival and extremely helpful with advice and tips on how to get settled.
The accomodation was very comfortable for our family of 4, clean and well equipped. It has a separate entrance, off road parking and opens onto an inviting garden where our children played outdoors and on the trampoline with the owners children for many hours.
It is conveniently located, in walking distance to a lovely elementary school and the local shopping centre. 500m down the road is a lovely park where you can sit and watch the sunset over the ocean. It is close to both Crescent beach and White Rock beach.
I would highly recommend for anyone to stay here for a vacation or a longer stay.

We came to White Rock for a family gathering. We were trying to find accommodations for us, our son, and my parents. We wanted plenty of room for all of us. The suite turned out perfectly. The house was clean and well taken care of. The bedrooms were spacious and it was nice to have 2 bathrooms. While we were out touring Vancouver my parents were able to relax and enjoy the quiet neighborhood . My father enjoyed having coffee on the patio in their lovely backyard. Having the full kitchen was great. We were able to cook food to take to our family gatherings. It was nice to have market and fresh produce store close by. We especially enjoyed meeting the host family. They were friendly and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be back and will recommend to family and friends that want to explore the White Rock / Vancouver area.

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Villa. A beautiful area and quiet street. We enjoyed the back yard and the privacy. We were close to the beaches and also shopping. Pam and Paul were excellent hosts.

We choose this location on extremely short notice for a famtrip with our family of 4 and called up the landlords on a friday, eventually arriving already by the next day.
We were highly welcome and felt the same immediately on our arrival.
Actually we came for a one week's househunting and school searching in preparation for a longer term relocation from Europe. The landlord's family was extremely helpful with hints and tips and even invited our kids to play with theirs.
We found our appartment on 1st floor with own access to the garden which could be used as well.
The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Both sleeping rooms were quite big and well furnitured.
2 bathrooms of which one is just redone in Tuscan style are available.
Additionally there is a nice extra living room to relax.
The entire appartment was very clean and well maintained.
We will be too happy to come back again by any chance and will highly recommend this place to our family and friends.

This was the perfect place to get away from the rush and bustle of being with grandchildren and family all day.
Our hosts were most welcoming and the suite was well maintained and very clean.
There is a great little Italian Deli and also a wonderful fresh produce place within walking distance.

My stay at Ocean Villa proved to be a wonderful experience. The owners were very welcoming and ready to help with any enquiries. The facilities offered went beyond the advertisement, and were clean and pleasing. The area of Ocean Park was quiet yet near to shops, the beach, and not too far from downtown Vancouver, nor the ferry terminal. I would recommend this suite to anyone wanting a home away from home.
