Reviews of Property: Luxury Ocean View,Pool, Hot Tub, Games Room, New 2007!

My family visited Villa Margarita in March of 2009 for our spring break. As a travel agent and owner, I have had the pleasure of traveling extensively and have stayed in a vast number of villas throughout the Caribbean and Mexico. Villa Margarita exceeded our expectations and was truly a great fit for our family. The views from the villa are amazing and you never grow tired of the sunsets. The Grime's family did a fantastic job of creating, what my family loves the most, a great outdoor living area. The pool is the perfect size, the game room and bar sit right beside it as does the hot tub. We loved the outdoor kitchen and dining, it made cooking in a preference over dining out. We found Brewer's Bay our favorite beach and it was nearly deserted each and every time we went. While the roads are tricky to navigate at first it doesn't take long to find your way around the island. The Grime's family took much care and pride in building, designing and furnishing their villa, it's top notch and I will be happily recommending it to my clients.

My family and another spent a glorious week at Villa Margarita in mid-February, 2009 and have nothing but rave reviews. My wife, son + friend, and another couple with a 15-year-old daughter had nothing but relaxation, sun and perfect accomodations. Tom and Cindy will help you as much as you would like for them to, or leave you to your own devices - they have a very good sense of how to treat their guests, making this a terrific choice. The location is great - both for the views of the ocean and Jost Van Dyke - and for being able to explore all of Tortolla easily. We opted mostly for eating in and relaxing, using the game room, pool, hot tub and outdoor cooking and eating area each and every day. But we also drove down to Cane Garden Bay for snorking, Road Town for a little grocery shopping and both ends of Tortolla for exploring. We will come back and highly recommend this idyllic home to anyone who appreciates comfort and beauty!

We just returned from 5 nights at this amazing villa. It was everything and more! We had our 2 teenage sons and they loved hanging out at the pool and playing pool in the pool room. We especially enjoyed the beautiful outdoor showers with incredible views. Tom Grimes was so helpful and easy to deal with. We definitely would recommend this to anyone for a perfect place to stay while in Tortola. The location was very centrally located for any island activities.

FIRST CLASS! This villa is pure luxury. You will not be disappointed. Tom truly put his own sweat and heart into this villa and he has it covered from top to bottom in every possible detail and amenity you could imagine. The sunset views are breathtaking. Do yourself a favor and book now, you will love it! The only thing I would change is staying LONGER! Hope to return soon.

It is great when a place is as nice as it looks on-line, it is incredible when it is ten fold better. Villa Margarita is the most beautiful villa and relaxing place I have stayed at in the world. Gorgeous sunsets over Jost van Dyke, relaxing by the pool with the kids (we have three girls) and they loved having their "own building", 10 minute drive to Brewer's Bay, a spectacular beach. We haven't even mentioned the host, hostess and their daughter, don't know where to begin to describe how nice they are except to say the BEST. We visited friends at other villas, Villa Margarita is number ONE.

Incredible! My husband and I travel frequently throughout the Caribbean, U.S. and Europe, and Villa Margarita is without a doubt the most exquisite, luxurious, beautiful vacation property we have ever had the pleasure to stay in, bar none! The views of Brewers Bay and the surrounding mountains from virtually every room on the estate will leave you breathless! The materials used to build the villa, pool and deck, and in the interior design and furnishings are absolutely top of the line – no expense was spared! The pictures on the website of both the view and the property do not do it justice – it is impossible to capture this amazing property in a few pictures! Once you arrive you will not want to leave, it is the most relaxing, perfect place to spend your vacation with everything you need and so much to do without leaving home! But if you do venture out to the beaches and restaurants, it is so conveniently located to the best of Tortola! Both Roadtown and Cane Carden Bay are only about a 10 minute drive, and Brewers Bay is even less! If you are lucky enough to reserve the Villa Margarita, trust me, you will not want to leave! Tom and Cindy Grimes have thought of everything to give their guests the perfect Caribbean experience, we cannot wait to return!

Absolutely sublime! You will not be disappointed with this home. Secluded and peaceful. Beautifully built with great attention to detail.
