My recommendation!!

This condo was wonderful. It is well maintained, tastefully furnished, and very spacious. The condo has all the amenities of home, is close to grocery stores, including one within walking distance and Safeway and Wal-Mart being only a short drive away, and is approximately 10 miles from the Kona airport. The neighbors are quiet and considerate, and the grounds are beautifully maintained. The condo is close to restaurants on Alli Drive, and as advertised is right on a beautiful golf course. It is about 96 miles from Volcanoes National Park which is a nice day trip. Also, the sunset view from the condo is truly worth it. I would recommend this condo, and hope to return soon.

Immaculate condo overlooking a nice golf course with a blue horizon ocean view. Highly recommended. Perfect place to come and relax. Not a good place for messy-types (condo is white throughout and is in excellent condition).

We have rented a few other places in the Kona area and really liked this condo. As posted on previous reviews, the place is VERY clean and comfortable. The Lanai is is larger than the pictures and very peaceful. Being able to walk out the door and exercise on pretty level terrain without much traffic is really a plus. We will rent this condo again without hesitation! Thank you.

I rented this condo for my family (myself, wife, and teenage daughter) and we were very happy with the stay. The view from the living room/lanai is terrific, overlooks a golf course with the ocean in the near background. It's in a quiet neighborhood that's close to a lot, and there is a shopping center just dwon the street. The furnishings are a-1, I especially liked being able to log in with my computer and check email a couple of times. The main attraction for me in booking was the porximity to keahou bay, and the snorkelilng waas great. I would highly reccommend.

What can we say . . . stepping through the door of this lovely condo was like coming home, only better . . . you're in Kona. Keauhou, like the condo,is quiet. The grounds are well maintained, the people are very polite and friendly. Everyone is considered a friend from the first greeting. You'll make friends instantly. The condo itself is very clean and well furnished with cable TV and the internet, which we loved using. The appliances are new. The fridge has this great device for drinks . . . an ice crusher. The bed is very comfortable. The soaking tub was great if you had some aching bones from a days activities. Ahhh, and then there's the lani . . . every dinner, every sunst, every Mai Tai on that lani is what memories are made of. It's magical. The question we always ask someone is: "Would you stay there again?" Our answer: "In a heartbeat." You will not regret staying in the condo. Kona is a fantastic place. We were there 3 weeks and we didn't get rain. Fairly typical for the area. Kayak in Kealakekua Bay to see and swim with Spinner Dolphins or like us, you may just have the amazing privilege to have a mother whale frolicking in the bay with her baby, only metres in front of your kayak. If you have not been here yet put it on your "bucket list." Staying at this condo will contribute to a great vacation. Chances are you'll be back. Aloha!

We had a wonderful time in Keauhou. Your condo was a pleasure. We were delighted with the lovely furnishings and how well maintained it is.
It was beautiful and homey. The view from the lanai is spectacular. Your housekeeper did a great job. We have rented condos on Maui, Kauai, Oahu and the
Big Island many times and yours stood out as the best furnished and cleanest. We also appreciated how well organized everything was in your instructions. Chris really enjoyed your music. The location was perfect for taking a great exercise walk away from traffic.

We recently stayed in this wonderful condo for three weeks and would not hesitate to do so again. The unit is bright, spacious and clean as well as being well-equipped and newly renovated. The setting overlooking the golf course and the ocean is gorgeous and the large lanai perfect for sunset dining. The complex has lots of parking and the grounds are beautiful and well looked after. The salt water pool area was also great and the people very friendly. The condo is in easy walking distance of the shopping center, Keauhou Bay and the Sheraton Resort. Perfect for early morning walks which we did every day.
High speed internet is also a bonus and we used it to call home every day. Our friends and family would love this place.
