Great apartment with a fantastic location. Located downtown within walking distance of Old Montreal and literally steps from Chinatown and Place des Arts, this apartment was very conveniently located to everything. Across the main boulevard was a shopping mall containing a large IGA supermarket, and it also housed very secure underground parking were we left our car (the Hyatt parking). We brought our bikes on vacation and used the parking facility's bike racks to lock them up. The apartment was spotless and well maintained. Just about anything you would need is already provided. The owner, Diane, is simply wonderful to work with. She gave us great ideas on where to visit while in Montreal. The apartment is set back from the main thoroughfare so it is quiet and it is a smaller building so little foot traffic through the front door. What neighbors we did see were professionals, no loud occupants. The apartment and furnishings are in great condition just as pictured. Overall, having a place to stay like this made our stay that much more enjoyable, with one less worry, and just like staying at a 4 star hotel with a kitchen.

Nous venons de passer cinq semaines dans cet appartement : situation idéale au centre de toutes les possibilités culturelles de Montréal, près du métro, des gares routières et train, de tous commerces et restaurants, y compris laboratoire d'analyse pour examens de sang . Appartement très confortable , très propre . Le propriétaire Alain a répondu à toutes nos questions avant la location, nous a acceuilli le jour de notre arrivée, a toujours été à notre écoute. Nous souhaitons à tous ceux qui voyagent à travers le monde de toujours trouver une telle opportunité.

Situated downtown Montreal, grocery store just accros the street and close to a subway station..

This apartment is not only beautiful, it is in the best area of the city! China town is literally down the street and Notre Dame, old town, shopping and restaurants are 5 minutes away in any direction. We only used the subway twice (to get to the biodome and Mont Royal) and that was just across the street and easy to navigate. There is also a grocery store across the street if you want to cook in the apartment (which is fully stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils). I highly reccomend this place.
