Fond memories

Date of Stay: March 2007
We stayed here back in Easter 2006 (not 2007 as on the "form"), after I finally persuaded my wife to try ski-ing. The warmth and friendliness of reserving the accommodation with Morag beforehand was key in sealing the deal! We found the property better than described - being warm, comfortable, spacious and attractive. The fully fitted kitchen, lovely beds and duvets and quality bath / shower rooms all contributed to a fabulous home for the week. The atmosphere in the village from the welcoming evening in the square, to the small shops and bars, was all always friendly, perhaps benefiting from all the owners apparently being related to one and another in some way! The ski-school were excellent, putting up with us and our friends very diverse requirements, with Sandrine being a particular star. The only slight downside, through no fault of the owners, was, being Easter, the snow had deteriorated somewhat. Even so, there was a fresh fall mid-week to brighten things up. Obviously, you are not right on the slopes here, but in some ways that was preferable for our requirements of a holiday incorporating ski-ing, rather than 10 hours a day on the slopes. All in all we would love to return (hence why I am looking and now writing this very belated review) once the large puppy we acquired last year is settled and ready for kennels!
Owner's Response: We should be delighted to welcome you back. It's also a wonderful place for a summer holiday if you enjoy mountain activities.
