Great Family Rendezvous Spot

We rented both properties together for a family rendezvous when our son was married Aug 2008! The back patio was a wonderful spot for a family cookout and we had a blast playing games in the living room with our new inlaws. It was great to be able to entertain. Everything was clean and well kept. The location was perfect. We would definitely return.

First of all I have to say sorry for being sooooo late. I/we stayed at the Havenhurst a couple of times. Both units are wonderful, it is very clean, and I always felt like coming home. In two words, outstanding location!!!
The location is unbeatable, the neiborhood is nice and quiet and the Havenhurst is close to everything in West Hollywood. I love it.
Joe was and is the best host. Helpful in every way.
It was always a pleasure to stay here, I absolutely love the Havenhurst and will come back when ever I can.

We loved the Havenhurst, very clean and well equipped and we have already recommended the cottage to colleagues who are planning trips to Los Angeles. The flowers and wine were a nice touch. An excellent location for exploring Los Angeles. My only disappointment was that we did not meet Joe as we were out most days. Perhaps next time.

The Havenhurst lives up to its billing. It is meticulously clean; charmingly decorated; and, very conveniently located for both walking and driving outings. Oh yes, the beds are really comfortable! Owner, Joe, couldn't be more accommodating or charming. No more boutique hotels for us in L.A. now that we've discovered the Havenhurst!

We had a wonderful few nights in this delightful Bungalow. We really appreciated the flowers and wine and especially the
amazing birthday cake Joe arranged for our daughter’s 21st.
This place is superbly located and we were able to we were able to walk out at night and felt very safe. It was a very well
thought out and well equipped.
We will definitely recommend this to our friends and hopefully come another year.

What a great pair of rental homes you have! We had
a blast. Nice quiet neighborhood, lovely home,
close to everything. Your homes are so well
furnished and well stocked. You've thought of
everything! The "live" tulips and bottle of wine were
great! That was just so much fun. It was a
wonderful little trip. Your cleaning lady was
fabulous too. What a sweetheart!

You were the best host a traveler could ever wish for--
loved the wine and the flowers. This has been the
best trip ever and your super comfy digs made us feel
at home-- something so hard to find when an ocean

My work colleague and I stayed at the Havenhurst
for ten nights and were extremely happy with the
entire process. Joe was very helpful from booking
until we left - when he returned our deposit in full
very swiftly - and the bungalow itself was built in a
lovely area, clean, and well presented. It was more
than our expectations given the cheap price.
I would strongly recommend the Havenhurst, and
Joe, to anyone interested in staying in West
Hollywood for any reason for whatever period of
time. A lovely, all-round experience.
