The condo is lovely and the location excellent. great beach access and the decks are wonderful for their views. the condo is clean and well-maintained.
I did not find a CD player or a blowdryer, both of which were much-missed. Several of the windows were missing their screens, which caused uninvited insects. Also no bath soap. Otherwise a nice place.

Owner's Response: Thank you for staying with us. CD player is inherent in the DVD player. Most guests bring their own blow dryers, soaps and other personal care items. However, we now have a blow dryer at the condo. Screens are at the condo, left in the garage instead of re-emplaced by the window cleaners. Screens are now emplace. Since owners live minutes away, one quick call would have remedied all concerns, even the bath soap. It is more than a nice place, it is a great place. We hope you will stay with us again soon!

This is a lovely property, and everything promised was delivered. It was in a good location, and it was easy to find everything we needed. I loved having a garage to park in, as street parking is difficult. The property was very clean, and had nice little amenities such as boogie boards, beach chairs, a DVD player, and a grill. The highlight of our whole trip was watching the dolphins feeding from our view on the balcony. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for convenience to the beach, modern, clean accomodations and very nice owners.

Had a lovely stay in the apartment.
Loved the sound of the waves, too bad i didn't see any dolphins.
Apartment was clean and well looked after. San Clemente is a great location to visit the rest of South Cali. Garage is a bonus, all the essentials provided for a day out at the beach too.

Loved staying at this condo. I was there in late August with my family for a week...wish it was longer. Definitely one the best vacations for me in a longer time and the condo helped with that. Very clean, great location...just so relaxing. Couldn't ask for anything more

Vacation by the ocean

This rental property is great! The unobstructed ocean view and the sound of crashing waves made for a truly relaxing stay. The condo is roomy and airy, very clean, and well-stocked. Making the rental arrangement with the owner was also smooth and hassle-free.
We would definitely recommend this unit. We've in fact been telling friends and family about what a great place it is. We'll definitely come back, hopefully soon!

Your condo is wonderful. All the amenities that one could hope for and just a short walk to the beach. It was so relaxing listening to the sound of waves crashing on the shore below that our youngest slept the entire night. San Clemente is a hidden gem, especially if you are trying to find a place between San Diego and Los Angeles.

Very nice condo. Clean and well kept. Stocked with all your needs for the beach. It was nice to be able to park in the garage. Tremendous white water views---was able to watch the kids boogie board from the balcony. San Clemente is one of the hidden gems of So. Cal. The beach is one of the best. Hawaii-style vacation without having to go to Hawaii. Thanks Anya.
