Reviews of Property: Large Westgate condo, next to the Phx Coyotes, AZ Cardinals stadium

We stayed at Property 194435 Nov 11 - 16 to see two Coyote games and the Cardinals game. The Unit is the perfect location for this. It is a two minute walk to the Hockey Arena and a 4 minute walk to the Football Stadium. No need to worry about traffic and parking etc etc. The Condo is also very close to many restaurants and shopping by car to Kohl's , Target, etc is less than 5 minutes away.
The Condo itself is very nice and is well kept. There is a bathroom for each bedroom and the kitchen is a good size if you wish to cook.
If you are planning on seeing the Coyotes or Cardinals, this property would be a great choice.

So if you're looking for a place that is close to the stadium or jobing arena...this is it. You will love not having to deal with parking. you are right there and it is a short ten minute walk at the most. The place is very well equipped. My only regret is not staying longer. The pool is nice and upscale...the tv situation is excellent...the kitchen was great (even though we hardly used it)...And Rebecca is a great hostess. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We stayed over the holiday weekend.What a great condo, was everything we could ask for.Very clean and felt just like being at home! Walking distance to everything(restaurant,bar,night life). Short drive to mall and shopping center.The owner(Beckey) was great to work with.Called a couple of times to make sure everything was going good. Pool and work out center was very clean and up to date.We are looking to go back for labor day weekend and this is the best place to stay. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

We had a fabulous time and were really impressed with the condo. Lots of space, nicely decorated, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It's in a great location, a very short walk to the Jobing.com arena was nice to attend the hockey games, and for walking around Westgate and its restaurants and shops. We also used the pool daily (nicely heated by the way) and had a couple of BBQs. Also enjoyed the fitness centre, which was clean and had nice equipment. In fact, we had such a good time that we would like to return and for a longer stay.

For anyone looking for a luxurious stay within steps from the Westgate City Center, I highly recommend this condominium. Not only does it have every amenity needed (plasma TV's, leather sofas, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, garden tub, hardwood floors, etc.) it's comfortable, sparkling clean, the views are breathtaking and it is litterally steps away from restaurants, shops, a movie theatre, bars and the Universtiy of Phoenix Stadium and Jobbing.com Arena. Perfect for a family (even equipped with video games), business travelors, individuals or small groups. I will definitely stay here again, as will the travelers I had with me.

For anyone looking to vacation in the Phoenix area, you will be absolutely thrilled with your stay in this condo. Located literally steps away from the Westgate complex, which is filled with excellent restaurants and nightlife, you will find yourself unwilling to even travel outside of the location! If you are a sports fan, this is a mecca located within a few hundreds yards of the University of Phoenix stadium, Coyotes hockey arena, in addition to a plethora of golf in the surrounding vicinity. If you're like me you're a fan of upscale amentities within the places you stay. If you like plasma TVs, leather couches, stainless steel appliances and granite throughout the kitchen, beautiful views, and comfortable pillow top mattresses look no further! In addition, Becky is extremely kind and easy going and will make sure your stay is one to remember! Thanks again for making our stay in Phoenix one we will not soon forget!

I needed a place to work with a colleague for 4 days and chose this location. It allowed us to focus 100% on our new project. We spent 3 nights here and could not have been happier. It is a wonderful location and the condo has everything a person could desire. The condition was like new and unlike a lot of vacation homes this one did not skimp on furniture or electronics, it was all top of the line and very comfortable. Highly recommended. In fact, I would say this is the best vacation rental home in the West Valley. At least it is the best I have ever experienced and that is out about half a dozen stays at various locations.

We had a wonderful time. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and was in the perfect location! The owners are wondeful people to work with. They even made sure we had a Christmas tree for our holiday stay! If the need arrises we would stay there again in a heart beat.

My favorite restaurant is the Yard House...try it you'll like it. Stop into Appricot Lane, it's a trendy boutique my 17 year old daughter loved. My teens had a great time with all that was available to them within walking distance. Sports, shopping, food (the bottomless pit, my 15 year old son), movies, and endless people watching.

One cannot go wrong staying in this Westgate condo!
