great rental

The apartment was well laidout ,very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay in new york ,found the building staff very helpful the apartment was well located for visiting the statue of liberty and ellis island with good metro connections visiting other parts of new york , the area has good bars and restaurants visit adriennes stone street for pizza , gabriel was a welcoming host and it was nice to meet him at the apartment and have a guided tour of the apartment. i will have no problem in giving a recommendation to a friends and family or have a return trip to the apartment

We (2 couples in their fifties) stayed in the apartment for a week in October.
The apartment is as shown on the photos: new, modern, clean with everything in top condition. The room is large and easily sleeps 4. The building has only recently been transferred into an apartment house and the 24h doorman and concierge service garantee comforts like in a hotel.
We enjoyed the location in the financial district. Waterfront and South Street Seaport with lots of good restaurants are only steps away.
My top choice for a restaurant there is still the Bridge Cafe.
Dealing with Gabriel was very uncomplicated. He expected us in the apartment, explained everything and gave us his mobile numbers in case of any problems. There weren't any.
It was my 3rd stay in NYC within 15 months and my first time in an apartment. After this stay, I must say, that I very much prefer an apartment to an hotel room.
I definitely recommend this apartment to everyone. We will certainly come back.

We spent a beautiful time in this Flat. My two kids and husband are agree.
Was the first time that the pics are the same as we saw. The location is perfect. Beautiful building and neighborhood. Subway red line (2,3) just one block away The apartment was ready for us at the check in time. Linens and towels smell amazing. Beds are so comfortables. Handsome and kind host, available all the time for any question. No problems at all. The apartment provides maps and menus.

We have stayed in several apartments in the financial district and this is a really nice studio. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. The sheets were soft, the showerhead fantastic..the picture represents what you really see in person..The apartment is very modern with every convenience, including maps, menus and alot of other helpful info about the neighborhood. It is a very easy walk to the seaport, battery park and century 21. The wireless internet which many apts advertise but rarely have is not the case here. It is fast and secure.. We like having the doorman. It makes us feel safe.. After meeting Gabriel and Arianna we knew we were in good hands. Thanks for a great visit.. We hope to return. .

the nigth in the aparment was wonderful. the apartment was beautiful, organized, very comfortable, clean and safe,it have a 24 h security..... we were looking for privacy and we found it!!!....it was our weding nigth!!

A few friends and I had the chance to stay at this apartment during Fashion week. We found it to be very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Gabriel our host was available at a moments notice if we needed anything. As for location it is in a great spot of Manhattan (Financial District) close to many attractions as well as close to many subway lines (blue, red, green ect..) which will take you anywhere you need to go. Next time I am in Manhattan I will definately contact Gabriel for another stay here.

the appartment was fantastic, we really could feel at home in Manhattan. We spent four nights at Gabriel's appartment (a family of 5 with teen-agers) at the end of July and we appreciated the beautifully decorated flat, as well as the neighborhood. It was perfect for a short family stay.

The four of us (daughter, two teenage granddaughters and myself --the grandmother) were very comfortable in this apartment. The owner is flexible and available. The location is near many restaurants, etc. I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone who is looking for a small, clean, SAFE environment!! You can do light cooking or go out on the town. If you are looking for a quiet part of town, this is the place!!
