We stayed in this apartment for 5 days, there was plenty of room for two couples with ample cooking facilities. Very comfortable and close to the Cathederal and transport links, the supermarket isnt far either.
A nice touch is the file with plenty of information about Valencia. The owner was very helpful and made our stay as comfortable as possible.

Many, many thanks - we had a great time.

Central city apartment

Review Submitted: March 3, 2009 Date of Stay: February 2009
Elegant apartment with a fin-de-siecle feel (and furniture to match) two minutes from the cathedral and main squares - how central is that? Welcoming and helpful landlord who gave useful tips and advice about the city. Nice touches including 'vintage' embroidered sheets and original marble sinks. Kitchen equipment is a little sparse for anyone wanting to actually cook a meal, but the landlord is rectifying this.
The apartment overlooks a residential square and is strongly recommended for visitors to Valencia who want to stay among locals rather than in a soulless hotel.

Superbly located in traditional Spanish building in the corner of a quiet square yet only 5 minutes walk from one of Valencia's historic Plazas - Plaza de la Reina- in the central old town, it was spacious ( high ceilings ) & tastefully decorated and furnished throughout.
Very clean with 2 modern shower rooms, a bonus for four people, and a fully equipped compact kitchen attached to the large dining room. The living room was large with comfortable sofas.
We were met in person by the very friendly owners(at airport or train station) who took us to and introduced us to the apartment & gave some tips about local restaurants etc which supplemented the apartment's comprehensive information pack.
We spent a week in glorious November sunshine knowing we were returning each evening to relaxing surroundings with very comfortable beds to follow.
Highly recommended and great value in 5* luxury.
We hope to return to it again in 2009.

Five French balconies, very clean and well kept, superb location, nicely decorated, two bathrooms, Carrera marble in kitchen ... how could we possibly not love the place? It was very nice with the tips on eating out et c that we found in the apartment. Nicolas was very helpful in every way. We felt like two princesses and will probably be back.

Our stay in Valencia

The apartment is very well located overlooking a pleasant square in the Historico Centro and just a stones throw away from the Cathedral, restaurants and bars around Plaza de la Virgen and Plaza de la Reina, the lovely Turia Gardens (which snake down to the incredible Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias) and some of Valencia's great shopping areas. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated, very clean and spacious and had all the amenities we required for our stay. Our baby daughter certainly appreciated all the crawling space. The owner was also very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely re-visit and also recommend to friends and family too.

Just as promised... and then some!

We enjoyed our stay in Valencia last week. The apartment was spacious and well-located. It was clean and very comfortable, offering all necessary facilities to ensure a pleasant stay.

The apartment's location (within a quiet neighbourhood), was really a great asset thanks to its central nature. Plaza de la Reine (tourist info), Plaza de la Virgin, the Cathedral - they are only a few minutes away by foot. You can easily reach the beach, the port and Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias by bus or taxi.

Should we choose to revisit Valencia in the (near) future then we'll definitively utilize this apartment again.
