Reviews of Property: Spacious luxury apartment in Playa Bastian, minutes from beach.

We had a lovely holiday at your apartment. The weather was very hot for the time of year and we made full use of the balconies. It was great to walk down to the beach and to go swimming in the sea every day. The local restaurants were great for dinner.

We have just returned home & can only agree with the other reviews, the apartment really is superb, very well furnished, loads of storage space,very clean and for a change, proper, comfy beds, not the usual torture racks!
The apartment is in a great location with great views over the complex to the sea, its off the main road so its very quiet & its literally above the well equipped laundry (discreet & you wont hear a thing) so you are not lugging heavy bags of washing around in high temperatures & ideal if you want to pack light.
The apt is also very close to a taxi rank & bus stops so if you are new to the resort it makes it difficult to get lost.
There's something for everyone in Costa Teguise & we certainly will be returning.

We have just returned from a week's holiday in this wonderful apartment and location - we took our two teenage sons who have thoroughly enjoyed some independence checking out the pools and bar by the apartment, the local beaches and restaurants for snacks, the local internet cafes and sports bars in the other resorts. All these facilities are within safe walking distance and in very tasteful surroundings which are clean, litter free and very well maintained. We enjoyed sightseeing using the local buses which are modern and cheap. In the evenings we worked our way through the owners 'Good food recommendations' which were a great accurate guide on quality, price and range of cuisine - the customer service in this resort is amazing across the board and we received a warm welcome wherever we went. We arrived at the apartment late at night but could see straight away the standard is superb - and very spacious with the two bathrooms and two balconys. Waking up the next morning to the sea views did have the wow factor. Holidaying with teenagers can be hit and miss but we have all returned from this experience on a high, and all chilled out,,, however long that might last!! We will be looking to book again and would like to compliment the owners on their booking arrangements, they make every step so easy with tips, instructions and quality of information they provide. How awful...... we had to come home!!!! Just returned from a lovely week in your apartment- just wished we had booked for 2 weeks.
The apartment and location were better than we expected. Very spacious and clean with fantastic views from from the terraces. The complex was well kept and the pool beautiful, especially at 9am in the morning when we were the only people mad enough to be out of bed.

I have already looked at flight prices for next year - and hopefully will be booking again - for 2 weeks.

Fantastic not to fight for sun loungers and 3 pools to choose from with 2 snack bars .
Suppermarkets and restaurants within a few minutes walk and a pleasurable 15 minute stroll into the town via the promanade.

Thanks for letting us rent this beautiful apartement, great value, great location.Fantastic apartment, very clean and very well equipped. Views from both balconies were stunning, nice for your morning cuppa or just for 'chilling'. Shops, supermarkets ideally situated on the road, and bus stop just across the road. Customer Travel are to be redcommended for tours, very good English speaking guide, very reasonable prices. Teguise market on Sunday good for anyone wanting to barter for something. Olas restaruant great for pizza, Monicas bar a short walk away great for a drink. Would definitley recommend to others, and would certainly consider renting again. Great pools, plenty of sun loungers and a great pool bar.

Having visited Costa Teguise for many years, we can recommend this area and especially Playa Bastian. Ideal location, with or without a car. Plenty of good restaurants very close by. Our favourites are Oscars and El Navarro. Try the Cavern for a good night with live music.
The apartment is very spacious, clean and fully equipped. The balconies get all day sunshine and are in a good spot for "people watching".
The owners descriptions and instructions were excellent and we had no problems with booking arrangements etc.
We would have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation.

We stayed here in January 2009 and would thoroughly recommend the apartment. The location is great and the apartment has everything you want for a holiday. It is spacious and the 2 balconies are extremely useful. We loved looking out to sea and over the well maintained complex.
We'd recommend Olas for meals as it's very close and Pompei for Italian meals. For good evening atmosphere, the restuarants in Pueble Marinero are worth a visit and there's a great German cake/bread shop/cafe just off the square.
Manrique's foundation is extremely interesting. The other place we enjoy is Haria market on a Saturday morning - real crafts and organic food for sale and there's some good Spanish restaurants and cafes there. (you need a car for the latter though).
