Reviews of Property: Stay at Cardinal Stadium!! Eat for free!

This property was perfect for our needs... a bunch of north landers looking to go to a pre-season football game with NO desire for tailgating on black asphalt in 109 degree weather. I believe that the property lists that it sleeps 10 - which it could. But 4 of those people would be in the living room. We only had 7 so it was no big deal. The accommodations are very comfortable and the place overall is very nice. Most importantly though, the owners made the whole transaction incredibly easy. A no brainer. We will most definitely be staying again. Oh, and the location is perfect for walking to the Cardinal's stadium. It took 10 minutes, tops. And the condo's pool and public areas are very comfortable.

My Mother & I stayed in Jody & Janel's truly lovely Glendale, Az townhouse this past March. It was our first Spring Training trip to The Land of the Sun. The townhouse was very well appointed & immaculate ! We had a couple of minor issues that Jody was all over in a heartbeat to resolve without question. The location-awesome.(Only a few hours away from Sedona & SW rim of The Grand Canyon!) The Quarter complex with terrific work-out room-wonderful. The mattresses on the beds- very, very comfortable...linens high-end. We were very impressed that we did not have to go out & purchase the usual TP, paper towels, laundry soap & dishwasher soap. Those seem like small things but they all add up. (More cash for fun stuff!) Also, we loved the filtered water from the fridge...saved on bottled water.The wide-screen tv-great...wireless internet-great as well. We cannot thank Jody & Janel enough for their great accommodations & accessability. God willing, we will return next season & many more to come.

This condo is great. Very comfortable and cozy. Bedrooms are on other floors, so it allows people to either stay up or go to bed and not disturb the others. Walls are sound proof. Owners are a delight to work with. Everything you need and walking distance to everything. We'll go back, for sure!

We unexpectedly had to bring a Christmas gift lap dog....owners were great about it when we called them to advise of our problem.

There are stairs. We had no problem with the stairs and we are over 55. Bedrooms/bathrooms are on top floor, living room kitchen on main floor, 3rd bedroom on bottom floor (entry) w/ 1/2 bath. Remember this if you can't do stairs or you have small children.

Immediately got our deposit back from the owners upon our return.

We came into town to watch the Vikings and Cardinals game at the new Stadium. The pictures are real, that is the view you see from the front door and balconies, you can easily walk to the games and to the new Westgate Mall. It was fun to watch all the activity that goes on.

The condo is gorgeous, the nicest place we have rented and a great value, compare to the hotels around there.

Very comfortable beds, nice big TV, comfy couch, open kitchen and dining room and very nicely decorated. Had all the things we would need other than food/beverages.

If you can't do stairs do not rent, but for us, we enjoyed the extra exercise. Also there was construction going on next door, but w/ the windows closed you could barely hear it and they shut down early afternoon and didn't work on Sunday. I'm sure they are done w/ it now.

The owners are very sweet and were available to answer any questions we had during our stay. We'll definitely keep them in our minds for the next game we go to there.

This townhome was perfect. Great Location! Walking distance to many restaurants and arena. The place was very clean and well maintained. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and very professional. I would recommend this property to anyone! We would stay there if we are ever in the area again!
