Great value, superb location

This studio was in an older building, but provided basic accommodation at half the rate of a hotel room in Manhattan. Subway close, lots of restaurants and cafe's close by. We bought fruit and juice at local markets, made coffee and tea in the kitchen. Coffee and sugar was provided as well as glasses, plates, cutlery.
I stayed 6 nights with my daughter. The room was very hot at night even with the windows wide open, we found no way to regulate the heat, but both ceiling fans worked. TV did not work, (who cares - we were in New York!) but the PC was terrific for emails.
Lots of hot water, but the shower head needs help. We found the room reasonably quiet - no street noise, just other tenants TV's. The owner was great at meeting us after we called from the airport, and his wife just had a new baby the day before!
You could put 4 people in this studio, but it would be tight if you tried to have meals there.
We'd definitely stay here again - unbeatable value.

..Great location !!! ...close to everything... lovely neighborhood , great restaurants & eateries , relatively quiet at night for sleeping; handier than a hotel room - nice to be able to use a kitchen for drinks & snacks; would have preferred layout as shown in photos with only 1 bed & futon, NO PHONE as stated in ad, no iron & no face/hand towels, low water pressure in shower ..for our 1st time in NYC this was altogether a positive experience . We would stay here again ...thanks Boge.

This studio is as beautiful as it looks in the photos. Sparklingly clean, quiet, lots of room, computer, great area with groceries around teh corner, restaurants everywhere. What a wonderful find. We're coming back. Boge is a very accommodating landlord. It was all great.

The location made it so convenient to see all of Manhatten. The studio was very cozy, quiet, and clean. There are lots of restaurants and bars right down the street. The subway was two blocks away and cab rides were reasonable due to central location. The studio is exactly how it is pictured and Boge was very sweet and easy to get a hold of. We felt like we were staying with family. If we had to stay in Manhatten again, I would not hesitate to stay here again. Must try frozen yogurt next to the bagel shop, it was the perfect for late night snack!

The apartment answers the description and photos, he is spacious and clean, he has all the comforts.
The location of the apartment is excellent, 3 minutes on the subway 28th street; We moved often on foot. The street is quiet at night and the apartment is very quiet because it is on the fourth floor and overlooking the courtyard.
Boge, the owner, is very kind and available.
If you come to New York, I will certainly address to Boge.

Great Studio in NY

Great location with many restaurants and bars nearby and a reasonable walk to the subway. A great bagel and coffee place is 50 feet away and there is a large grocery store 2 blocks away. The manager was always easily available via cell phone and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. The pictures on the web site are accurate and the place was clean and well maintained. Overall, I highly recommend this place.
