Reviews of Property: Memorable Vacation Rental - Sunset Beach - 'Beach & Internet'!

Aloha Regina and Nester,

First off, we have to apologize for the very long delay in leaving our positive feedback in the guest book... Mahalo for your kindness and your aloha spirit. If you are looking for a place to stay in the country, you have found it! My Wife, 2 year old daughter and I stayed in this wonderful country home for our first stay on the north shore. We have come to Hawaii for the past four years for the annual Kokua Festival in Waikiki. We used to stay in town for the whole trip, however now that we have found this wonderful home we will be staying in the country from now on. From the second you step in the front door you can feel the heart and aloha that has been put into this home. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable, from the most amazing shower I have ever had the pleasure of using to all the amenities you could possibly need, this place has everything! The house is centrally located right in the heart of the North Shore. The local supermarket (Foodland) is right down the street. There are 3 world class beaches within a short walk or bike ride, with Sharks Cove right across the street. When we arrived, Regina helped carry our bags up stairs, gave us a tour of the house, and answered any questions we had about the local area. They supplied fresh eggs from Regina's mother’s farm, bottled water and what ever fresh fruit was in season. We had brought a bicycle infant seat for our daughter that Regina said they would have installed on one of the bikes for our daughter to go on the bike rides with us. We had gone into town in the morning to go shopping and see some things and when we arrived back at the house that afternoon, to our amazement parked right in front of the stairs was a brand new beach curser with the infant seat mounted on it. Regina even purchased my daughter a cute outfit and mailed it to us a month after we arrived home. My daughter even made up her own Regina and Nestor song… I have to tell you, Regina and Nestor really made an impression on us making us feel right at home, when it comes to "Aloha" these folks are the real deal!!! Aloha Nester and Regina. Our family had the greatest time in Hawaii. Your beautiful home was perfect. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The beds were so comfortable after each fun filled day on the north shore. Our children really enjoyed the snorkeling equipment and bogie boards. Your hospitality made it so hard to leave such a beautiful home. Mahalo for everything. There is no doubt in our minds that our next visit to Hawaii will be spent with you. God bless you. What a wonderful vacation home you provide! We had such a great time on the North Shore in your beautifully appointed rental. We have never enjoyed such hospitality as in your home. The bananas and avocados were so fresh and delicious! The conversation and friendliness were so welcoming. We are hoping to return...

Aloha Regina & Nestor, We really enjoyed spending Christmas and New Years in your beautiful home. It was comfortable and relaxing, everything I needed for cooking. Appreciated the lantern during the blackout. The rib roast was so delicious. Glad you enjoyed the fish we caught. (we caught the last marlin of the year.) It was nice to spend the holidays with our kids. It was so nice meeting both of you, you are both great hosts and have a wonderful rental. The Winter season in Hawaii is breathtaking with the high tides and numerous beach photo opportunities. We felt safe & secure. Your friendliness and generosity is reflective of the Aloha spirit. This was our third stay at Regina and Nestor's wonderful vacation home. We love it here! They are the most nice and friendly hosts. The location is perfect for my husband to surf and the vacation home is very clean and comfortable year after year. We have stayed in many rentals in the Hawaiian islands over the years, and theirs is by far the best. We'll be heading back next year, too!
